Cashier was brusque. Walked up to checkout an waited patiently as she was loading a box. When she noticed an addressed us acted as if we were the biggest inconvenience and continued down from there. Question of purchasing a bag came up a since it was our last stop walking around the mall til our reservation and just said no thanks. Cashier decided to continuous comment on my choice and wouldn’t let it go making it very uncomfortable. Starting every new comment with “Well I would get one-” good for you? I’m not wasting a bag on one item and respect that (not like some others who start ranting about a bag fee I just said no thanks paying for a bag). Next asked if I had an account and I did though of course theirs a chance it was inactive and it was. Then started again the rude attitude about that and mispronouncing my last name (I understand not everyone can say MA RU DAS but saying it like M KEE C seemed purposeful). Couldn’t wait for the interaction to be over! Also was NOT enjoying the feeling of being watched. Ive been in leadership position in retail stores and understand the procedures you want to follow to prevent shrink, but was made for such an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience.(1/11)

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. Luckily, this time I don’t have to, as I left after complaining to an employee, I saw them correcting what I complained about. What a great way to listen to customers, I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Their deals aren't as good as they once were, but still a fun store. Everyone is sure to find a scent they love. Always a great spot for gift ideas as well

I know staffing is hard these days but where's the customer service? Just a smile or maybe a 'hello'? Love the Bath & Body products though.
