Love their products - I bought candles for friends for Christmas and was pleased with the selection, and the sale prices. The staff is always super helpful, and fun to discuss the products with.

It is always nice to come to this quieter Bath & Body Works store, that isn’t always full and busy. The employees are friendly and helpful, and I can get in and out without a big hassle.

If you are ever so lucky to find yourself in an unfortunate situation where you have to interact with Amanda, you will not be helped and you will not receive stellar customer service or customer service at all. I purchased a candle at full price and after I left it on my fireplace for hours throughout the day and when I went to put it out, one of the wicks hadn't burned properly. I struggled and half had burned as it was sitting at the mantle while I worked from home. I asked her what I could do the next time this happened and she smirked at me and said to call corporate. This was after $300 worth of candles. Bath and Body works does not care about their customers and it seems as though when it comes to hiring, they will take anybody off the streets as it clearly shows when it comes to Amanda who probably carries a plant with her to make up for the oxygen she is wasting.

Thank you to Amanda and team for making my holiday shopping a breeze ! I got some good deals and although it was a busy time, they took the time to make sure each person on my list got the perfect gift. I am glad I decided to shop at this location; they made a customer for life.

I asked what lilac items they had and the girl said they didn't. I turned around to head toward checkout and found three different wall flowers with lilac.... usually when coming to this location it's a bit annoying with how overly attentive the staff can be, they keep pressuring you to listen to the sales when you tell them no thanks, just looking. Give people space to just shop.
