Manager was rude about me exchanging a single candle. Came out very snappy and kept calling me “ma’am” with a very rude tone. Have spent a lot of money here in the past but won’t be back now.

Bath & Body Works, oh what a delight,Fall and Halloween scents, an autumnal sight.Lotions, soaps, and body treats galore,Clean and sensible, you'll adore.With pumpkin, spice, and all things nice,In scents that make you feel cozy, not just twice.This season, indulge, don't be shy,Bath & Body Works, oh my, oh my!All joking aside, the candles are worth the money. The 3 wick one burns for an hour at our house and the whole place smelled like delicious pumpkin pie. They are also super helpful here.

The store offers us a lot of great sales we love going there because of it. The store is very clean and the employees go out of their way to make for a nice experience. No matter how many times we go, always great deals to be had.

Employees were all at the register talking about personal topics. Didn't ask if we needed help. I had brought my own bag and they didn't put the items I paid for in the bag. They just left them on the counter near my bag. Was just a strange exchange. I will proably just order online next time.

I'm leaving 2 stars because the girl was really helpful once I sought her out. I was largely ignored here and since I had a lot of questions, I felt like I wasn't being helped. You would think in a dead mall at Christmas they would be all over themselves to help a customer bit I guess not. My biggest gripe is they don't match the online prices. This is the first chain I've ever been in that won't. Yeah, it was $4 but that's not the point. I won't be back to this one

Don’t visit this location they close early at the employees choosing and when you aske “why”… you know expecting a reasonable answer like inventory or a system issue… the employee said they had a tough day and they just decided to go ahead and close??? Like what? So know this store doesn’t follow the hours posted online and associates could care less if you drive 25 minutes to shop with them or not. Poor representation of the brand Bekkie!
