Googling has more answers than the website: no office hours or hours for site accessibility posted on the website. I can register online to make payments, but I can’t make a payment online. Stopping by in the morning at opening hours for talking doesn’t seem to work. Phone calls may be the only way to get good communication. Nice staff, but honestly, NOT user friendly when needing assistance.

I've had multiple storage units here over the past 20 years and have stored multiple trailers with no issues. I've rented from a 5x5 to a 10x25. Some of the bad reviews sound like they were expecting a sealed vault. These are storage units in Littleton near open fields. They aren't hermitically sealed and you might get mice. You get the same thing in your garage at home. That's why you don't store food and you make sure your boxes, rugs, etc. are sealed. This is a Quality storage facility and I will continue to use it in the future. And if you ask the manager and mention my name, I'm sure she will be happy to verify how long and how many units I have had there and that I am really a customer.

Alisha is always pleasant and very helpful. The rates are the best we could find. It's easy access but not so easy you worry about break-ins.
