Lindsay was awesome and super patient with my parents and myself notorizing power of attorney documents. The people are the reason we have been customers since the 1970s!

Definitely NOT a community bank anymore. They have the highest minimum balance requirements of any bank in town. The highest fees on their checking accounts and will charge those fees to the point the account goes negative and then continue charging those fees. You are better off choosing literally any other bank.

Worst customer service ever. I haven't had a debit card in a month, because they can send it to my address. Even after multiple calls.

?Sold!!?Hong Nguyen is just outstanding Lender! She is very responsive, respectful and just kind. She made sure my client and I are well informed about the transition. She goes above and beyond. She smiles, she calls, she remembers our names. I am very thankful to hong and highly recommend her.

We've had nothing but poor experiences at this location. Absolutely horrendous customer service here. FirstBanks customer service is not like it used to be. I've been a customer for over a decade and have referred my friends, family, and husband here. My elderly Aunt and I have been treated so poorly everytime we've come in. The employees here lack compassion and are very disrespectful. I finally decided to speak with a manager about our poor experiences here. All she did was make excuses for her staff's behavior. Prepare to be interrogated if you bring in an elderly family member to start the beneficiary process in case something happens to them. You better have a DNA sample ready. If you request copies of the beneficiary documents for your records, they will push back and try not to give them to you. I understand they want to prevent fraud, but they should tread lightly when it comes to interrogating their customer's about their personal life. There are laws put into place to protect consumers from this kind of behavior. Know your rights.

Horrible bank with terrible customer service. Have had my bank information stolen twice within the past month now, waited almost 3 weeks for a new card, waiting on hold for an hour anytime I want to talk to someone, none of the employees at any of the locations seem to care. Will be switching banks ASAP. DO NOT bank with these people if you care about your money.

Thank you, everyone, so much for helping save my parents from a massive scam that could have wrecked them. Your quick action probably saved my family from a situation I honestly don't want to even imagine. Thank you for recognizing the warning signs and protecting my parents when I could not. Many members of my family have been long time customers and I 100% understand why.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Like a lot of big banks they offer less services in person pushing online banking. However my experience with US Bank online banking is mediocre. Bill Pay is intermittent in availability although we live in an area where Internet is intermittent and slow.

This place is a joke and not a good place to do business. But based on other reviews seems like they don't treat anyone well . Thank God I didn't do business here

I’ve been taking my client to get his checks cashed (for his caretakers) for the past few months and I’m always met with a rude bank teller. I went in there today (S Kipling location) and the teller kept asking him questions to see if I was stealing from him. Once I explained why we where to to personally cash the check, I was met with her being condescending and down right nasty. She tried to argue with me why things weren’t getting done her way and why we don’t write the checks to the caregivers personally. I explained to her that my clients handwriting is off and that’s creates confusion for the banks cashing the checks. I understand why 1st bank is concerned about their customers; however, their bank tellers are nasty, condescending and unprofessional. If they would of pulled me to the side, I would of gladly showed them my credentials as being a Business Owner. I will never do business with this bank.I have several different clients and we deal with different banks, I have never been treated like a thief and it was uncalled for and unprofessional.Maybe they thought they saw a young, Latino with tattoos and automatically thought I was up to no good. Maybe next time, stop being so judgmental. I’m a Father, Veteran and Business Owner.

I am extremely disappointed with my brief encounter with FirstBank. A business transaction inadvertently debited the wrong account, resulting in an overdraft. I was oblivious to this until I received a notice by mail stating that my account had been closed due to suspected fraud. I was not contacted via call, text, email, etc. The account was shut down without any notification or even a grace period. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs. I've heard stories like this about much larger banks, but it appears they're mostly the same. Once they have your money, it's theirs and they do as they please.

I give Regina or Regine (can't remember her name exactly) 5 stars, she was kind helpful and worked hard. She was the only one who acknowledged us being there and took her job seriously, she always does when I come in- so thank you Regine. THE BAD NEWS: The other tellers and managers there on 4-20-23 were unkind, slow, had bad attitudes and didn't say anything to us standing in line. It was like we were disrupting their afternoons. Shame on you whoever is the manager at that branch for letting your employees carry a bad attitude and a bad work ethic. Take a lesson from Wells Fargo who treats their customers very nicely, as they understand that they're the ones keeping them in business.
