This store has exceeded my expectations. Not only in paint and models, but also RC car stock and part availability. The staff are helpful when I ask questions about anything product related. The store is very well organized for an easy shopping experience. I will be coming back and supporting this local hobby shop more in the future.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! We ordered a part 3 weeks ago, they said they’d call when it arrived in about a week. After multiple calls and interactions we finally found out there was a change in ownership and the new owner “wasn’t ordering parts.” When “Dave” answered the phone he was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the beginning. Refused to give us a refund unless we came in(even though I explained we lived 45 mins away) would not mail the part to our house and proceeded to tell me “no!” when I asked to speak to the manager or new owner. This situation could have been rectified in many ways (calling to let us know the part wasn’t ordered, offering to ship it, refund us, etc) but instead I will never be shopping at this HobbyTown again and am disgusted at the customer service and disrespectful nature of the people this place employees. The new owner should be ashamed and I’d encourage everyone to go anywhere else!

I purchased a couple Axial SCX24s last year and went back again tonight for a Traxxas Maxx. Both purchases were extremely easy, and the staff has been very helpful both times. I forgot to get the name of the gentleman who helped me (same guy both times) but he is friendly, knowledgeable, and is genuinely interested in the customer being satisfied with their purchase. I will continue to purchase from this shop as long as he is there and will refer others to them as well.

I think this location might be going out of business, I have stopped in several times and the stock seems to be dwindling and never restocked. Not to mention that it may say they have it online in stock, but don't. Poorly managed, go to a colpar location to save time.

Great store with VERY knowledgeable employees. It's nice walking into a store with cars on display. Versus a store with just piles of boxes to look at when you're going to making a several hundred dollar purchase.
