We picked up a 1000k+ order placed online inside this location of the Home Depot. We needed to return 7 boxes of 3.5 inch screws for the smaller size, the same day .The rep in returns said that couldn't be done because of their computer issues and one box was a different color. The situation between the rep and my husband quickly escalated and he asked my husband to leave! I went to a different rep and asked if the screws could be returned as I was sure Home Depot did not want my husband to have the customer service experience that he did. The rep said bring them inside and he'll return them real fast . My rep pulled up our order and in 2 minutes we had our 86 dollars returned to our account. We won't be back to this location.

Talk about a day of chasing our tails. This started at the Littleton location, which said the item was in stock and was not. Store sales associate sent us to the Bear Valley location because Littleton said they had it in stock. NOPE, not in stock there either, even though the website said it was. Well we thought the 3rd time would be the charm and went across town to the Stapleton location which said there was stock there....NOPE! Home Depot what is going on with you website. It's very unreliable for your staff and customers.

Placed an on-line order 5/5/24 via Home Depot website. Received notice that item was delayed in shipping. I never received another email or text letting me know that the order was cancelled. NO follow up! Had I not followed up on this order, I would have not received a refund. Talked to manager who was full of excuses. NO customer service. After waiting a month with NO product from Home Depot & me having to ask for a refund, I ordered what I needed from Amazon & it was delivered to my front door in 2 days! Too bad Home Depot cannot be reliable & provide follow-up & customer service. Home Depot, after 30+ years of my business, I will always shop some where else!

I first went to the HR Home Depot who gave terrible customer service. Ended up going to the Littleton location. Bekah at their customer service went above and beyond to help me find the patio set I was looking for. She brought her manager into the conversation who got on a ladder himself and brought it off the shelf himself. Beyond grateful for their help!

A wide variety of items. Went to look at patio swings and was told everything was on line only. Totally disappointed. How can you see the quality and dimensions if you can't see it!

I've been shopping here for a long time (15 years?) and it is one of the best home improvement stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful, and you can often find someone when you need them. Well stocked and only rarely are they out of what I need. Store is clean and well organized. Rental department is one of the best in the area, equipment works, is priced well and rental process is fast.
Just to further reinforce how awesome the staff is, I lost my wallet there yesterday and one of their employees dropped it off at my house after her shift (it didn't have my contact info). Thank you so much!

Went to purchase flowers advertised in the Home Depot flyer 3 for $12. The plant department had one person checking people out and understandably was too busy to help me. I walked for 25 minutes trying to locate the sale plants. I called Customer Service ftom my cell asking for someone to come to the garden department to help. After waiting 10 minutes for the "manager" to show up I went to Customer Service for help. I was told it was a national flyer and they have no way of locating the advertised sale plants. The customer service representative asked me if I carefully searched all the garden area. He gave numberous excuses as to why he wouldn't/couldn't help me. I left. I am going to be Lowes best customer.

The staff at this store is super helpful and doesn't try to push you to spend money on things you don't need. I've purchased items in store and online and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Even returns are quick and painless. They have great selections and quick delivery options.

Ordered a grill online, received an email that my order was ready to pickup. Went to the store, they told me they didn't have it ready and we stood there for 20 min while they went to get one, which was extremely frustrating.
Then, I kept getting emails that my order was ready to pickup. At one point an email said they were refunding me the total cost. I decided to do the right thing and not let them lose money for their own mishandling, so I called them to let them know I already picked it up. The person on the phone was rude and argumentative and repeated multiple times "no, we have the order in the cage and you didn't pick it up so we cancelled." I had to repeat multiple times what happened and instead of apologizing for the situation and thanking me for letting them know, he said "okay then you'll stop getting emails about it bye".
Now, I regret calling them, I should have taken their money and let their employees get in trouble for the product loss.

I bought a medicine cabinet that was supposed to be fully assembled ready to go on the wall and it was not. It had a very complicated frame that you had to put together and the holes for this frame weren't even drilled so you would have to drill new holes. Very disappointed and to make matters worse when my friend tried to return it. They told him he needed my card. The majority of stores that I shop at don't require your card to do a return because the refund automatically goes back on the original payment method. Don't understand why Home Depot has to be different. I definitely can't say I recommend but don't go to Lowe's either they're even worse!

Been using Home Depot to rent moving trucks for over 15 years. Today I had the worst experience of my life. The two guys that helped me were very nice- however.
1. I had to pay two deposits. I did not have money for. TWO $150 DEPOSITS FOR ONE VAN FOR 24HRS!!! The guys that worked there kept saying “it happens all the time” so you’re taking two deposits from people knowingly?? ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!! Sure they said they would ‘discount whatever’ I don’t want a discount I want you all to have a credit card system that WORKS CORRECTLY!! After all that the younger man threw the blame at me in an underhanded way, stating “I removed my card too soon (when I had seen APPROVED REMOVE CARD ON THE SCREEN!!) and the computer refreshed”. Ridiculous.
2. When FINALLY they were satisfied with taking all my money- I pulled away in the van to see IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEARED OUT OR CLEANED!!!!!!!!!! THE EQUIPMENT WAS STILL INSIDE FROM THE LAST CUSTOMER!!!!!!
I’m happy I’m moving away so I never have to deal with the illegal incompetence of this rental place. Returning my vehicle tomorrow after using it and that will be the last!!!

Can usually find what I am looking for, though it is a challenge at times. This is the DIY’ers paradise, but it is a warehouse. The selection of wood for interior projects is at times limited, but what is expected.
