They helped reduce the cost by recommending a couple of fixed windows, which made for a huge improvement on the view.

JDI Windows went above and beyond from the quoting process all the way through installation. Compared to other companies, we felt we got the best deal for high quality windows with JDI. More importantly, each person we’ve communicated with has been kind and professional. The installation team was outstanding - I have a two month old nursing baby at home and they were so considerate to try and work around where I needed to be in the house and the baby’s nap schedule. They were respectful, clean, and communicative throughout their time at the house. We will ALWAYS use JDI Windows!

Excellent value and service, highly recommended! Wes and team are fantastic to work with. Before you move forward with any other window contractor, I'd recommend scheduling a quote with Wes. We had 37 windows replaced in our house by JDI after receiving quotes from 4 other contractors. JDI was far and away the best value, coming in under half the cost of the major national brands all while providing a high quality product. All of the windows fit exactly like they should and our house is MUCH quieter and the temperature is also more stable throughout the house, especially in the more temperature sensitive rooms. The install crew showed up on time when they said they would, took great care around the house and were very pleasant to deal with. Fantastic job, fantastic service and fantastic value!

Had windows installed by JDI last summer and not only were they way more affordable than everyone else we talked to (saw at least 4 other companies including really big ones), the service was fast and high quality. We’ve had these windows for just over six months now and they’re holding up great with the cold winter and helped quiet the traffic noise off our busy street by a lot. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

JDI just installed 31 windows in my Littleton home. Their pricing was competitive, their work quality was excellent and the Simonton windows are of very good quality. Rex, Todd and Cameron were knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would hire them again.

Today I signed a contract to have 2 sliding glass doors and 3 windows replaced. I am on a cloud! No shell game, no hard sell, no pricing gimmicks. Just honest, transparent bid with a thorough explnation of what my windows will be and what the installation will involve. I worked with Mark and he was so knowledgeable, and straight forward. The bid was thousands under an Anderson Renewal bid I got YEARS ago and without the hard-sell pressure. I am so excited and pleased by the bid and the quality of the windows I am getting. I will write another review after installation, but I am so happy right now I couldn't resist writing an evaluation of the initial bid. I only got one bid and it was this one. Happy, happy, happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rex is a standup guy. Had a misunderstanding about a product and he personally called me to give more details. As simply as I can put it, I came off as a quick to assume j**** and he still approached the situation with kindness and understanding. I appreciate the time he took to chat with me personally and I honestly hope to do business with him in the future.

After getting 4 estimates from 4 different companies, I contracted with JDI Windows to replace all of my windows and a patio door. The experience was wonderful from start to finish.Starting at the initial consultation, Mark was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. He put together an estimate for me. What I liked about the estimate is more than the competitive price, but each window had a line item and was broken down into its cost, labor, and profit. The pricing was very transparent, unlike some other companies that only give you a single price for the entire project. Not only was the estimate very reasonable, I felt very assured that Mark knew window installation very well. I was very excited to work with JDI Windows.About 6-8 weeks later, my windows were ready to be installed. Brent and Garrett worked very efficiently on the windows, and it was obvious that they had done this a lot and knew exactly what they were doing. I felt very comfortable leaving my home in their hands. They hauled away the old windows and used a hand vac to clean up any debris around the windows when they were done. The caulking around the windows was perfect and very professionally done. There was an unfortunate 5-week delay in getting my patio door, but it was installed flawlessly when it came in.Another thing that I liked about JDI is that they don't require any payment until the project is complete. Unlike some other companies that require a down payment before the contract even begins. This shows they are vested in completing the project as soon as possible.I just love my new windows and patio door! I definitely made the right decision in choosing JDI Windows! They really know their business and how to treat the customer!

Rex was super helpful and honest. He gave us great advice on what we were looking for in new windows. He was very responsible, friendly, and a good communicator.Unfortunately we could not use JDI windows because we really wanted garden windows, which he doesn't do because of hail potential and other issues that can come with garden windows. We just really love our plants in this house and will take our chances.We really like how Rex keeps his business model simple. As far as I can tell he deserves his high ratings across all platforms. We would totally have gone with Rex if not for the garden windows. I highly recommend giving him a call!

Fair and honest assessments of whether windows need replacing. I had leaks from what I thought was my laundry room, and they came out and identified that it was actually a problem with the siding and told me my windows were fine! They didn't even charge me for the visit! So if you're not sure your windows need replacing, they give a fair and honest assessment.

We were looking to get several quotes for windows.I found JDI Windows on Yelp, and several good calls with them, and (as often happens) life gets in the way, and we had to reschedule a few times. Rex was kind enough to come out on a Saturday and give us a quote.We didn't end up choosing JDI, due to some miscommunication between myself and Rex (all resolved, but we lost time). Since they didn't do the install I can't give them a 5 star review, but I wouldn't hesitate to call JDI if I ever needed a quote again. Great people and local business that is active in the community (the kind of business that you want to support, and see succeed)...definitely put them on your shortlist when you are shopping for windows.
