I was an accident that was not my fault. The dealership recommended me to this collision shop, but they tried to rip off the insurance company, and I ended up having to pay out of my own pocket. Horrible experience.

For a premium car approved body shop, I would have never expected such a horrible experience. Looks like they gave a 5 year old a paint brush to fix paint chipped scratches on my brand new car, had a different 5 year old go over it so excess paint drips and dries, and left +10 bubbles in the paint for a paint job that was needed due to a reckless incident made by the Audi Denver dealership. I’d rather have my car back with the initial scratches and chips, stay away!

We arrived to collect our vehicle, only to find it in a state of disrepair that made it difficult to assess the work that had been performed. We had contacted them in advance to inform them of our arrival, providing ample time for them to present us with a clean vehicle for inspection of the repairs.

I had a very disappointing experience with McDonald’s Collision regarding my in-laws' vehicle. The car was in their shop for over four months for repairs, and throughout that time, management continually misled us. Every week, we were told that the car would be fixed, only to learn about more delays and excuses.
The lack of communication and transparency was incredibly frustrating. We expected a level of professionalism and honesty that was sorely lacking throughout the process. If you value your time and peace of mind, I would recommend looking elsewhere for collision repairs.
Overall, our experience was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend McDonald’s Collision Center based on our experience

I had a generally positive experience with McDonald Collision Center. Their service was great, and the quality of work they performed on my vehicle was top notch. I was impressed with how thorough their process was for both estimates and repairs. Everything felt well-organized and efficient.
The only downside was a slight communication issue. I had an appointment to drop off my car for estimates and repairs, but it wasn’t touched for five days after drop-off. I know this because the Volvo app notified me when the car was unlocked, and it wasn't unlocked for five days. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if I had been informed about the delay. If I had known, I would’ve chosen to drop off my vehicle five days later, which would’ve saved me from paying for a rental car I didn’t need during that time.
Aside from this communication hiccup, the staff at McDonald Collision Center was incredibly kind and professional to work with. They truly made an effort to ensure everything went smoothly once the work started. I would recommend them, but just be mindful of clear communication regarding timelines.

They returned my vehicle to me after repairs with a broken windshield. They did not communicate this issue with me and offered a poor solution to remedy it.

If you’re coming to the McDonald Collission center chances are you are grumpy already. The staff has a good job to lift you out of remorse and talk facts about the work that is needed on your car. They are professional, responsive, and respectful.

I found out that they had forgotten to put my spare tire back in my car when I was stuck on the side of the road in a blizzard. I had to have a family member buy a tire for me and drive it 2 hours up to the mountains for me because of McDonald’s mistake.
It took them 3 months to repair my car.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this body shop. The lack of communication and timely updates was frustrating, and the shop's refusal to take responsibility for their errors was unacceptable.

Nice people, but way too busy. They are overcrowded with work so much so that there’s no place to even park. Management needs to know when to say no, and reduce the backlog

The 1 star review is not based on work performed, but because it was not possible to get in touch with McDonald Collision to have the work completed.
1. I was in the area so went in person to request a quote. There were many people at their desks who appeared to be available, however I was informed by the receptionist that they cannot provide an estimate in person and that I must use their online estimator.
2. I then used the online estimator for two of my VWs that needed bodywork. I received an estimate for one 4 days later, did not receive an estimate for the other.
3. Tried emailing, texting and calling to request clarification on the one estimate and to receive the second estimate, but was not able to receive any response.

While the work they did was top notch, their estimate was off by 80% and when paying it out pocket, they make it way more difficult than it needs to be.
