They replaced our roof and air conditioning units after hail damage. The air conditioning units are cheap, failed under warranty, and were labeled incorrectly making maintenance and repair an investigative task. Our air conditioner failed, they didn’t return our calls, and it has been in the 90s for a week. Not sure how this company has 4.7 stars.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Superior company. Planet Roofing replaced our 64 home HOA roofs in April 2022. Any and every issue and question by homeowners has been immediately addressed to still 100% satisfaction, over a year later. Outstanding!Services: Attic venting repairs

Amazing company! I initially contacted them to inquire about bundling a roof replacement with a solar system for my commercial building. Jess came out and said he felt that he could get me an entirely new roof under a hail damage claim through my insurance. I was highly skeptical because we'd tried previously a few years prior and had failed. But he went toe-to-toe with the insurance company and got me not only a free new roof, but also got my ancient HVAC units replaced for free...a total claim over $350k (with zero out of my pocket)! I ended up having him do the same thing with my residential rental property as well and sure enough, I got a whole new roof there as well. Jess and his team were awesome with their communication (I actually live out of state so all this was handled 100% remotely) and very responsive with any concerns or questions. Everything was done on time (or even faster than promised) and the quality of the work was excellent. What really impressed me was his willingness to go above and beyond...we ran into a snag with the building inspector over an old skylight over a covered patio, and even though it wasn't even his fault Jess just ordered and paid for a new custom skylight without asking me for a dime (and it wasn't cheap!). Who does that?! It's rare that you run into a company with this level of integrity and customer service. It's been nothing but a true pleasure dealing with these guys from start to finish! HIGHLY recommended!

I have had my roof redone several times in the last few years due to hail. Planet Roofing and Solar did my last one. I was very impressed with their business and workmanship.
They took care of everything with my insurance company adjuster and made it very easy for us to get this completed.
I also had the opportunity to get some referrals for them and they paid me for those referrals.
Everything was legal and above water, not like most companies.
My hat is off the John Wood and the rest of their crew for all their help.
If you need your roof done right and efficiently, then this is the company you should use.

I live in a condo and the HOA had everyone's roofs replaced in fall of 2018. During the week that my building is being done I find a nail in my tire of my car, not even surprised. The workers left trash all over the grounds, on peoples decks, on the sidewalks etc... Wonderful now replacing a tire that was less then a year old...
After my building was done I noticed my dryer was taking near four hours to dry one load, I had a dryer repair man come out and he went through everything and found that the dryer was not venting because the shingles have been placed over the dryer vent. (WOW what a safety hazard! This could have caused a fire in my home and my building). Roofers come back out and fix the issue and the dryer is working as before.
Come spring 2019 I need to turn off a space heater that is in a closet with my water heater on my porch, (it is in there to prevent freezing during the winter). I go into this closet a few times every season but have not been in here since about new years it is now April. I open the closet door and literally overwhelmed with condensation and humidity. I have never had my closet be this way in the five years I have lived in my building. Clearly my closet is not venting the warm water and the condensation has built up and now there is black mold AALLLL over the closet! I have NEVER had moister in this closet and I am mortified it is now covered in mold! I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at the sheer lack on knowledge about roofing and the complete negligence when replacing the original one. If there is a vent on a roof, it is for a reason!
I am currently waiting for the roofers to be at my condo to correct the blocked vent. My appointment was at 12:00 pm, it is currently 2:45 pm and I have not even received a call... I called the office and am currently waiting to hear back. Needless to say I am fuming!!! I will post an update on what they say if they ever decide to show up.
