My daughter and I were about too purchase a pair of jeans. She tried on 2 times. Anyway we went to purchase the pair of jeans that were on a rack that states originally between $30-$50 something but on sale for $19.99each. Lady says $54 I said o wow that whole rack is $19.99 the ladies said they can’t do a discount and also blamed having a lot of new hires misplacing items. That whole rack says $19.99. I read the reviews and definitely felt like I needed too add my experience cause that’s not fair made us feel embarrassed and like we were getting taken advantage of. We will never go here again that was false advertisement and how the staff handled that when u clearly see a rack that is discounted but don’t value your own deal is wrong.

My family went shopping in this store my husband and I were both looking for a new outfit and found what we were looking for. As our 5 and 2 year old were hiding in clothes racks I told them to sit down on a empty table next to me. They did, and sat patiently, they ended up laying down which was much preferred compared to them running around, hiding through clothes racks. A girl named Cara came out of the back and instantly yells at my 2 boys. Didn't ask them, didn't talk to me... yelled at 2 little kids waiting patiently and quietly. The most unprofessional outburst I have ever witnessed. I told her I told them to sit down instead of run around and she walked away. We put all our items we were gonna buy on the table and walked out.

This used to be my favorite place to buy clothes anywhere near me. I went here Thursday the 27th of December at around 1 pm to spend some Christmas money. I was pleased to see that there was what looked like a good sale on shirts. "2 for $30 mens graphic tees" so I chose 2 from the stand where the sign was displayed and one full price one. When I went to pay for my selections the extremely rude and unprofessional female said with attitude that it was only the shirts that were $17.99, the ones I had chosen were in the $20s. I explained that the sign directly above where I chose them said 2 for $30 and it did not say anything about only shirts that were priced at $17.99. She then just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. I was shocked at the lack of explanation and rude attitude she had with me so I told her "never mind". As I walked away she began laughing at me and started joking with fellow employees while watching me leave. All I can say is WOW!! I will NEVER buy anything from Tillys again which is very sad because I used to come here 2-3 times a month and even requested gift cards from family and friends for gifts ideas. I will sell my gift cards I received for Christmas and make sure to tell everyone not to go here unless you want to be made a fool of.

This is by far the worse location to shop at, manager is clueless, if you can even get her to respond. Company is still operating in the dark ages with transactions. Save your paper receipt, they haven't joined the 21st century yet. I will never spend another dollar in this store.

The staff in this store is always so helpful and extremely friendly. The young man that checked us out today was absolutely one of the nicest employees I have encountered in a retail business. I love this location!
