Comcast is just bad. The service isn't great. They also keep claiming I am late on my payments when I am not, they keep charging me additional 80 to 150 dollars a month. I do not recommend them. Poor customer service too.

I applied for the Military Xfinity promotion, went to the store so I could transfer my phone over and get the promotion that was being advertised.
They told me I was getting the military promotion and sold me another package because they didn’t take there time to look into what the current military promotion was. All they cared about was making a sale, this was at fault of the sales employee and manager of the store, who I have talked to multiple times.

I made an appointment for yesterday to discuss why my bill was increasing by $10, I am only 4 months into my 24 month price plan. The young lady who helped me was pleasant but she was not able to help me and suggested that “I just shouldn’t worry about it “. This is an affiliate store and they are desperately in need of training. I had to go through the painful process of calling Xfinity, they do not make that easy, to get the situation resolved. The billing department was able to fix the problem but it took about half an hour on the phone with them. Very frustrating experience.

Free pixel 8 last month...not so free.......charged me 3 times = $150. Store at SW Plaza refused to help me. I did lose my cool, but customer service helped me immediately and fixed the issue. The store at SWPlaza Littleton CO did not help me. I can only assume because it would look unfavorable on their sales. Too bad. Stay away from SWPlaza Littleton CO they will lie and not accept responsibility. I almost left Xfinity for ATT but customer service handled professionally.

Worst customer service ,I had to wait in line for more than 30 minutes to get something done that would of taken 2 minutes and then they skipped me to get another guy and the one that checked me in literally looked right at me and still attended the other guy first.will not be going back to this store

I am being charged over $400 for 10 year-old equipment I already returned 6 weeks ago. I have sent multiple texts, tried to chat, tried to call and there is absolutely no response. Just an erroneous invoice. I think this is the worst customer experience I can remember in my life. I would like to speak with someone but they have made it impossible to reach a person. It's completely shameful.

Elias helped me immensely with some billing and account issues I had! Taylor the manager also assisted with helping me straighten things out with my account and made sure within a few days notice things were running smoothly! Thanks for the great help at your store.

This is the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’m not saying that to be dramatic. Oh my goodness, that was an AWFUL experience! Writing this from the parking lot. Those young men were incredibly rude to me for no reason and tried to add a landline to my plan that I didn’t want (without telling me). They also tried to convince me to buy a lower internet plan and the manager asked what they were doing. Awful service. Extremely rude.
