After Covid, the branch experience feels so cold. Understand, but it's just a much less personable experience. Happy long term customer, overall experience has been pretty good. Not perfect, but pretty good vs some of the other banks I've worked with in the past.

If you're going to change your hours, publicize it, more than a sign on the door is needed.

I've been with BofA for years. Always helpful, and the few issues I have had over the years were always taken care of. BofA has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. This branch is no exception. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
