Shannon has been an absolute dream to work with. We first met 8 months ago while I was with a friend shopping for her engagement ring. I happened to look at wedding bands for myself and my fiance during that time. Fast forward 8 months, I brought my fiance in to show him rings that I had looked at for myself and for him…Shannon remembered my name, the exact band I was looking at for my fiance, and details about what I wanted for mine. That is TRUE customer service. That day we explored a different option that we both LOVED and I was so excited for. Fast forward a couple more days when I came back to show my mom what Shannon and I put together and she AGAIN went above and beyond. She had already looked up the perfect band and perfect additional stone to add to my ring. Shannon has helped me feel excited and confident in what I have chosen with my fiance for my wedding band as well as helping me add a personal touch to the band my fiance picked out and I have never been so excited.

My ring got resized so quickly! Thank you to Oris for searching for our insurance since we couldn't find the paperwork. I was able to get it resized for a fraction of the cost it would have been. She really went above and beyond for me.

Huge thank you to Shannon and Duke for my upgraded wedding ring! Shannon is delightful and helped me pick the most beautiful 4ct radiant cut. Duke was able to get this beautiful ring set in less than an hour. It is everything I have wished for and more! 10/10 recommend!

Purchased a new ring as an upgrade at the end of December. It's currently end of February and I still don't have it. They messed up on the setting and head the first time. Had to reorder a whole new setting. Waited for that to arrive, then when it did arrive they told me unfortunately another holiday came up so they are backed up and I just need to wait some more until they can get to my ring. I've tried calling to make sure they correctly create the head for the setting since the first time it was so bulky but no one ever picks up.
DROVE in to ask about my ring because they never pick up the phone, was told it would be done today. It was not and no one bothered to call me to let me know.
I've patiently waited for 2 months now and still no ring.
UPDATE: finally got my ring and it turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. They figure out how to add the hidden halo and kept the profile low. Thank you!

My husband just upgraded my center stone and we had the best experience at Helzberg Park Meadows!
We worked with Shannon, and she was amazing. Not only did she find us an AMAZING 1.5 carat diamond, she was so sweet to our 3 girls every time we saw her. She had coloring books for one of my toddlers every time we came into the store.
On top of finding us a stone that is almost flawless, she had it set in my existing setting within a week!
I am absolutely obsessed and highly recommend Helzberg. Specifically working with Shannon!

Helzberg Diamonds-Park Meadows is the best!! Their customer service has always been excellent. We just came again to trade up earrings and ended up getting so much more. Shannon was fantastic and treated us like family. She was very helpful and knowledgeable not just in general, but also took time to share her own personal experiences with the brands and different models and makes of jewelry . Thank you, again!!
