Darby was extremely helpful and reliable. A different company charged me $175 for a similar job sealing roof hardware 3 years ago. Darby’s charge was way way way below that. It gave me confidence to use Bulldog again.

I will collect all the photos, so you know it's old or new issue. This is very annoying that I lose money and dealing with the same issue and fighting with Bulldog.If you don't do this right, I will take you to a small Court which I originally don't want this happen, it all depends how you deal with this same issue.I will collect all the information and photos to get ready for next step.Offered fix interior? You threatened me to not come back and fix the problem. You taught me one thing that do not easily trust a company even they have good reviews.=====__============We had a leaking spots on the roof，and we hired Bulldog to fix the problem last year, and the issue still exist and Brian Light said he fixed the old issue and this is another issue.I had been live in this house for more than 10 years, there is no other issues, just the one spot, and I don't think he fixed the right spots.At first he said we need to pay 2000+ and after remove the tiles, he added another 2000+ dollars, we still hired him and but turned out this is the result we had.There was heavy rain this year, so the leaking problem is still there, I contacted him many times(he didn't respond for over 1 month at least), he finally came over and told me he needs to do more jobs, and we need to pay more, and he says he will give estimated price, and I didn't receive it .I paid 4000+ dollars and still dealing with the same headache.The same spots is leaking and he said it is another issue, how can you tell it is another issue?You took the money and leave the same headache behind for us.

We hired Bulldog to fix our roof leaking issue, and after they done the job, the problem still exist and I tried many times to reach out *****, he finally came over and tell us we need to pay more to fix the issue, he said there is another issue, he is convincing us to fix more large areas, no guarantee to fix the problem.I cannot trust him anymore, because I spent almost **** dollars for the leaking problem, and they didn't fix the problem.They took the money leave the same headache problem for us.

Our area was recently hit with a late night hailstorm that had up to 2-inch stones, which shattered our skylight and damaged our roof. We reached out to Bulldog roofing and James came out first thing in the morning to inspect our roof and put a temporary fix over the skylight to prevent water from getting in. He was very friendly and professional, walking us through the steps of how to put in an insurance claim and what to expect during the process. When last year's hail and windstorm damaged our roof, we knew it needed to be replaced. We took our time interviewing five different roofing contractors. After narrowing it down to the last three, we chose Bulldog over the other more 'well-established' roofers because of how thorough Bulldog was with every single detail. Filing an insurance claim can be overwhelming, but Darby and Tyler met our insurance adjuster on site and then spent a lot of time helping me understand the insurance estimate. Once Darby and his crew showed up on site, it was like a swarm of bees took over our property. Every person, to the person, was motivated and focused on our job. Incredibly professional and polite and after each day, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site as if the property was their own! Darby was there during the entire 4 day job watching every detail of the work and was always available to answer questions. It was clear that he had the respect of his crew and that surely was due to the respect he had for them. To watch the way he interacted with his crew was really amazing. He wasn't just managing our project, he was managing the people that represent him and the company and it was clear that he admired and respected the work they did. When we did the final walk through, Darby was very insistent on completing everything on the final punch list so that it was perfect. It was as if he was working on his own Dad's house! Even though I just met Darby, he treated me with so much respect and care....just like he does with his entire crew. I honestly don't know if there could have been a better person for our project. I have nothing but praise for Bulldog roofing, but even more praise for the guy that IS Bulldog roofing to me. Darby, you'r simply the best and I'm so proud of how you do your business. What an incredible experience we had with Bulldog Roofing! I wish there was a sixth star that I could give you, Darby! This company really let us down.After promising an attic fan for their business they never followed through and we never received an attic fan.They left several downspouts draining at the bottom of our siding/ home without extending the recommended 3ft even after asking for it to be revised.Ultimately, we’re extremely disappointed with the quality of work in several other areas and upset by the service provided.Would not use this company again, period.

Excellent roofing company worked with Clay and everything went smooth, all the way from working with the estimate, the insurance company, and the final inspection. The roofers did a outstanding from the tear off to laying down a new roof and picking up the material that came with the job.
