I shop at sallys a lot and it's generally a great experience but I am REALLY annoyed right now. I ordered online and then went about my day. I drove 40 minutes in rush hour to get it and when I got home, I saw the lightener was not in the bag. EVERYTHING else was that would hint a person is highlighting their hair. The woman even checked over my bag and said nothing. So I check my email and after I left the store it said "item unavailable" now wouldn't it be really simple and easy to let someone know when they are at the store something was excluded??? So now I had to ration the little lightener I had and I'm sure there's going to be patches. All because someone couldn't simply say "oh this was unavailable, do you want another size?" Cause they had other sizes!!!!!!

The store manager Lincoln and every single associate at this location just absolutely rock. They always give the best advice and have never steered me wrong. Even when I manage to come in asking for a miracle, they find a way to help me figure it out!

Really like this store/ shopping here however they're constantly out of what I need/looking for which is extremely irritating. I'd like to shop here but apparently I'm going to have to go online since their stock is always low.

I was looking for a product that could help accentuate my curls, and Lincoln helped me in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. The store was very orderly and well-stocked, the floors and atmosphere were clean, and the workers kept busy while ensuring that my questions were answered and needs were met. Overall, a terrific store with great customer service and professional advice!

Went in and got pressured into buying a product I've never tried when I had a hair dye I knew worked good for me. The hair dye they got me to buy did not work nearly as good as my usual and my hair looks the color it was three weeks after I dyed it last time and that's saying something. If you're gonna work at a beauty supply store at least figure out the best products to sell to people and don't sell them absolute garbage

The lady working the shift was not welcoming. As soon as we walked in, she immediately asked if we needed any help. Within the next 60 seconds after walking in the store she then, specifically asked my friend and I if we were licensed cosmetologists and followed us around the store. I’ve shopped with many beauty stores and never ever have had this happen. Not until check out. We will not be returning to shop here again. Your competitors Salon Centric, State Beauty, and others will have my business from here on out. I refuse to spend money at a business that doesn’t even treat their paying/licensed customers with respect

I absolutely love this location primarily because of Lincoln! Everytime I've come in they have helped me far beyond what's expected! They're so knowledgeable. I keep coming here BECAUSE of how welcoming, kind, and insanely knowledgeable they are. Today, I was switching to a different pastel color (which is always intimidating) - not only did Lincoln go above and beyond as usual, but after meeting Matty today as well, I feel so confident and taken care of! These two are amazing!!!!

The employees at this store are ridiculously obnoxious! Apparently they play a game where they take turns asking the only customer in the store if they are finding everything at least once every 20 seconds. Didn't seem to matter that I had already picked out my purchase. When they asked the 4th time I left without buying anything. There are a lot of other stores that sell what I was there for, I won't be returning to this Sally.

A friend and I went to this Sally's in Longmont on 3/18 and had such a great experience - in large part thanks to the 2 young women working there. I think their names were Maddie and Lily (I wish I'd paid better attention because they really deserve a shout-out). We were looking for products to lighten and put fun blue highlights in my hair, something neither of us had any previous experience with. Both women were very knowledgeable, and just super patient and kind in answering our questions. The store had lots of great colors to choose from and everything we needed. Today, while working on my hair, we had a question and called Sally's. A different person answered the phone, but she was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Love your staff!

I've never had a problem with this location. The girls that work there are very nice and they give me really good advice when I'm trying new products. This place is always crowded no matter what time of the day I go in, I wish the store was bigger. Usually everything I need is not in stock which sucks, but it's nothing I can't find online.

My beard has evolved from a dry scraggly bit of moss hanging from my face, to a full and healthy appearance thanks to the staff helping me choose the right products and learn how to integrate them into my morning routine. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I got beard oils, beard balms, trimmers, etc. Thumbs up, Sally!

The last 2 times I have tried to come to this store the doors were locked when the store was supposed to be open. Today, I placed an order for 2 hour delivery that the website offered, and 2 hours after I placed the order, they cancelled it!! No explanation, no reasoning!! This is just horrible customer service. This store used to be great but has become AWFUL lately!

before i could enter the store, a girl (ironically with terrible hair) ran out and said that they were closed while there was customers inside the store.
