I needed a lot of help figuring out what the best products for my skin were and Letty was awesome! She listened to what my needs were and knew just what to try on my skin. I so appreciate her patience and joyful attitude. I ended up with a cart full of new products that I love!

Coming out of the holidays there we’re slammed, but what the didn’t have in stock they offered online orders delivered to my door and when they were booked up at the salon they made a great recommendation for the Boulder salon which worked our great! Tiya was very knowledgeable and helpful, She taught me a bunch of stuff. Though, I walked out with more than when I “needed” I’m happy with all the products I was shown and got. Terrible service. I stood in line for over 15 minutes. When it was my turn to check out, the manager allowed an employee to cut in front of me to check out. This took another 10 minutes while they continued to talk. It’s a nice store but the common sense and customer service is very foreign in this store.

Tia was incredible. Not just because she was knowledgeable on what I was searching for but because of her kindness and compassion towards my special needs daughter who was with me. I’m leaving three stars for the rest of the staff. Maybe some sensitivity is needed, I know diversity training is something yall do but I guess the disabled isn’t included? Maybe if my daughter was a member of the LGBTQ community or a different rac, whispering and acting as if she is somehow a blight on society doesn’t make you superior and while she may not notice your gross behavior, I DAMN SURE DO. Enjoy the $100 I still spent though. It’ll be the last time. Maybe Sephora has nicer employees.

I love this Ulta and the service is typically exceptional but I was super bummed to show up on Sunday 11/5 at 5 pm to find the doors locked and store closed when their information says they close at 6 pm. Please update your store hours if you aren’t actually open until 6.

I bought a shampoo that another Ulta employee recommended and she said I could return it anytime if it didn’t work or fit with me. I waited a little but longer because i could never make it to return it. I finally did and the store manager told me she couldn’t return it past 120 days. I didnt even want a return I just wanted it exchanged for one I actually use. Not a good customer experience for my end. Now I have a shampoo that I cant use because if I do it will strip the color in my hair away! Please train your employees better to do the right thing for a client experience

People were very rude there, we were waiting for an attendant.. mind you 2 of them were literally in front of us and walk away .. other then that NO ONE in the store greets you or asks if you need help.

Olivia was a huge help for my mother and I. We had a great time, she was super bubbly and made our shade matching a lot easier. We will definitely be looking for her at our next visit.
