Would not accept my zip code to collect my Walgreens rewards, and denied me $5 in rewards because their system lost track of my information. This Walgreens owes me five bucks.

Went in there and the lady told me.inhave to have an appointment for the 20 dollar flu covid test. There was no one there and no one in the drive through with a bunch of people who went behind the counter. Told the lady I didn't care about getting the test for free. Still wasn't good enough. Laziness. You guys have lost over half your value. Your the worst performing stock in the Dow Jones industrial complex. I think you need to be better to your customers. Edit: went from 2 to 1 star.. went in the next day. They are all just lazy. the third party you use for the testing gatekeeps a flu test. It told me to call 911 but I walked in there clearly okay. They said they couldn't do anything. Yeah no way a failing business such as Walgreens can't help you. They just won't.

A prescription for an animal was called in. I called to check the status, and they said all they had was a profile, and I needed to talk with a pharmacist. Waited on hold for 5 minutes, then was abruptly disconnected. When I called back, they were short and rude and said I needed to call the veterinarian who called in the script. Customer service at its worst. If I could give zero stars I would.

I just moved to Longmont from Florida and needed to transfer my prescriptions to my new location. I called to do so, and the first tech I spoke with was very abrupt, telling me if I didn’t have my RX number then she couldn’t help me until I had that number. So I went and searched for this number, then called back.When I called again, I got pharmacy tech Margo on the phone, and her customer service was night and day to whoever I spoke to first. She didn’t ask me for the RX number at all; she said, ask me some basic questions about my date of birth, etc, and then begin the transfer process. She got all the information from my old pharmacy, asked me what prescriptions I wanted to transfer over. I had the RX number ready now, but she just asked me for the name of it the medicine. It appears it would be easy for her to request this prescription with the other information that I gave her. I’m not sure what the problem was with the first technician, but clearly she didn’t want to provide service. I’m very thankful to how helpful, detailed, and kind Margo was, and I’ll be asking for her any time I’m there and need assistance.

I renewed a prescription using their automated phone system. Was told my prescription would be ready the following day at 11:30 am. I waited an extra day and arrived at around 11:30 am. That is a day later than I was told. Waited 20 minutes in line. Got up to the window and was told it was not ready. I asked why as it should have been ready a day earlier. No answer. Was told I could wait for them to fill but I could not as I needed to get back to work. Later, I got a call saying I needed to call them. I called and was placed in the queue. Was told I was next in line. Was on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up on me with no warning and I never spoke to a person. I will be moving all my prescriptions somewhere else. This treatment is unacceptable. I don't know if this is all Walgreens or not, but it is pathetic customer service.

I do not post negative reviews often, but I am so disappointed with the decline of the quality of customer service. I have used this location for my prescriptions for years. Within the last few months, the time having to wait for refills has increased. The lines inside the store (specifically at the pharmacy) are longer and the wait times are getting to be unreasonable. The people themselves are always friendly, but they clearly need more help to meet customer demands. I intend to contact the store's manager to express my concerns as well.

This particular Walgreens is horrible. I don't blame the pharmacy people working there, but I do blame the management. This place is incredibly busy and the store simply can't handle the volume of customers. On top of that, instead of upgrading the store to accommodate the amount of people who use the pharmacy, they add a doctors office??? Why??? I never see anybody in there, ever. From an outsiders point of view, it would seem like this Walgreens is just trying to keep their heads above the water. Don't use this one if you can help it.

Terrible customer service. They change hours regularly, and if you have to call the pharmacy here you better have an hour at least. They will pick up and put you back on hold till it rings through and then just pick up and put you back. Maybe say into the phone be with you when we can and hang up. Terrible service terrible business practices.

If I could, I would leave multiple negative stars. Sure, the store is fancy and remodeled, but where is the service? Either the drive up window is broken or the pharmacist takes the day off. This has been going on for months. I can't wait to transfer my info to a real pharmacy.

Made an appointment for a flu shot. Checked in before appointment. Waited 15 minutes. They did not tell me it was going to be longer. They don't honor appointment times . Mismanaged pharmacy. They are not doing "the best they can". Other Walgreens pharmacies are better managed!

Kudos to the pharmacist, Paulette, and her staff of pharmacy technicians tonight! She was thoughtful, persistent and creative in her problem-solving around getting prescriptions done as soon as possible. I am new to the Longmont area and this will definitely be my "home" Walgreens. Thank you so very much.

I had an appointment for a Covid vaccine. I was told, in the instructions, to arrive 15 minutes early or they might have to reschedule my appointment. I did. No one at that time was waiting for a vaccine. I waited 1/2 hour past my appointment time. I asked a couple of times when I would get my shot and was told in a few minutes. Still no one else was waiting for a vaccine. About I'll 60 seconds before they closed for lunch, someone came running out, jabbed me in the arm, and I was done. It was such a rush job, I was worried it might not even be a Covid vaccine. What is the point of an appointment if they ignore them? I would've understood more if they seemed busy.

Literally sitting in line right now at Walgreens pharmacy right now and have been stuck in line 30 minutes. Customer service is horrible. I’ve had to ring them 5 times and they just say “be right with you” then hang up. Save yourself the irritation and just go somewhere else.

Store and pharmacy is awesome! I'd like to say people need to understand that this is a small pharmacy and they do not carry every single medication available in store. A lot of my own medications need to be ordered in and take a couple extra days to come in. I'm not sure why people want to complain, you DO NOT wait until the day of your last medication on hand to put in a refill. Especially if you are aware that it is a specific and popular medication. Seems like its the patients error NOT the pharmacy. I've also been told on multiple occasions, when I go out of town that my medications were put back on stock because they will only hold for 10- 12 days. That is absolutely REASONABLE! If your medication is so important you would think you would be picking it up in a timely manner. I think some people want to make their problems the pharmacys problem and do not want to take accountability OR responsibility. The amount of traffic and business they have is crazy! They ARE HUMAN! NOT robots running at an incredible rate and NOT on your time. These people just don't get enough credit in my opinion. Great job pharmacy team!!

Terrible Customer Service by Wallgreens' Afternoon CashierI recently had the misfortune of encountering the afternoon cashier at Wallgreens, whose deplorable attitude, arrogance, and complete disinterest made for an absolutely horrendous customer service experience. Her lack of professionalism was truly astonishing. However, I must give credit to the exceptional service provided by two young men who were also present. They stood out as shining examples of what great customer service should be.8:30 pm.
