A very bad pharmacy. I have been treated poorly here, but I don't think the pharmacy people care. And, I of course, don't think they care about any of their customers. Do better Walgreens. Get your clerks off of their power trip. They're clerks, not small gods...

I've had one pharmacy tech who was extremely helpful. The other two I've encountered don't know much. You'll have to wait on the phone for 45 minutes to try and speak to someone, who will probably just hang up on you. However, they do generally get prescriptions out relatively quickly.

The worst customer service in Longmont. The pharmacy is a joke. The store is dirty and poorly stocked. The front employees have horrible attitudes and can’t even bother to answer a simple question

Disaster location. First off they're constantly short staffed so their Walgreens pharmacy line is always wrapped around the building or wrapped around the aisles indoors. The staff are completely incompetent nine times out of 10 when it comes to knowledge about medication and remedies in the pharmacy. Don't ever seek a career at this location because the store manager Mark is terrible about setting proper hiring expectations for future employees

As a prescriber and customer Walgreens pharmacy is awful. This one particular has zero customer service. Prescription was called in at 3:00pm. Went at 5:30pm to pick it up and was not filled. I was told I could wait and it would be about 60-70 minutes, no thanks. I said I’ll be back in an hour. Called before proceeding to the store 2hrs later and was told it was not done. I let her know we live 30 minutes away so not driving back without knowing it’s done. She proceeds to scream I WILL DO IT RIGHT NOW! and slams the phone down. Wait another hour, return to the store and the RX is still not done. Was told it would be done before 9:00pm when they close. Finally done at 8:55. I get it everyone’s short staffed but there is no need to rude and disrespectful. Sad thing is this review will probably not go anywhere because of the corporate giants.

Because 0 stars isn’t an option. I called the pharmacy at 3pm and was told an urgent prescription would be ready in an hour. At 4:15 the person at the drive through window said it wouldn’t be ready till 9pm, then proceeded to take zero accountability for what I was told on the phone and tell me they had hundreds of other orders in front of me. Seems like I’m not the only one being impacted by their inefficiency. Hopefully other folks aren’t also dealing with a debilitating injury while managing a toddler.

Who doesn't fill a 23 dollar pain prescription because insurance won't pay out? Anyone on this planet that needs pain medication (for me it's a tooth infection) 8s going to pay that 23 bucks no problem. Waited 3 hours for prescription to be filled. Phone said it was ready. Drove there, not filled yet, come back in 20 minutes. Big fail, all my prescriptions will go to Walmart from now on.

Lindsey Sandford, the Pharmacy Manager - I sincerely hope the district office has a serious review of this manager and her poor conduct. She made an error on our RX insurance decision and when I called to share the good news that I had received the necessary backup information about coverage, she started screaming into the phone that she didn't care. She wouldn't listen to a word, just yelling, would not let me speak at all. She slammed down the phone and I had to call back to get a tech to help me. Lindsey is extremely unprofessional, cold and cavalier, she really needs behavior training. Numerous times I've witnessed her temper with both the public and employees. If your life-saving Rx isn't available, they just don't call you. At all. No notice. Thank goodness for UC Health pharmacy on Ken Pratt because they could get my Rx on a Friday afternoon, or I'd be in big trouble over the weekend.The people at this pharmacy don't look professional (blue hair going on green?) which wouldn't bother me but they don't ACT professional either, they are rude and don't actually work. And the lunch hours are 2+ hours? What a joke.Hire some better people. I'm moving pharmacies, so good luck, Walgreens.

Ever been tried to buy something at this Walgreens without it's being a problem? Me either. I had to miss a Covid booster due to an injured hand and trip to the ER. I called days later to apologize and re-schedule. Got there at the day/time I agreed with the person in the pharmacy who took my call. After waiting for 20 minutes where 2 other people had problems which the pharmacy staff seemed unable to resolve, I provided my name and the time agreed to with the person I had spoken to. Searching, searching, searching. The young woman who was "helping" me asked my name several times. I had not changed it. She took a poll of pharmacy staff and finally two other people joined her at the register behind which she stood. The three said nothing but they did stare at me for a while. Kinda reminded me of livestock standing at a fence along a road. I left. Some attitudes and incompetence are not worth the time and energy to try and fix. Should have expected no better from a chain that decided to not provide women's reproductive health care from their nationwide outlets.

Older photo lady with blondish red hair has zero customer service went to pick up pictures all I had was a pick up she told me it would be a wait . Has she approached me when I first walked up to the photo desk and let me know she was behind it would of been different but she ignored me standing there for atleast five mins. She was just sitting there editing and taking multiple pictures for passports she could have asked for help. All she had to do was hand it to me and she straight up told me no was so damn rude right in front of other customers. My husband went in right after and caught her telling customers and employees that i was rude and it’s disrespectful to talk about your customers. If you can’t multitask, don’t work in the retail business.
