We bought a riding lawn mower to be delivered. At time of purchase we were told we would receive a phone call 24 hours before delivery to be given a time window. No call. Pulled out the receipt and called and apparently we have to be at this nonresidence site at 8:00 AM because they still cannot tell us a time window. 8-8 is a very long day. Not happy with this level of incompetence.

I don't know why I ever go into a Lowes store. I needed filters for a respirator. If you can find someone to ask where something is they won't know. I leave empty handed and frustrated again.I was looking for more flowers that they were out of and was told the Lowes in Broomfield had them. Drove over there. Their inventory showed 39 but they couldn't find any.Go to Ace or Home Depot.

Curbside pickup of 2 toilets was smooth. A bit slow, but they came out to the car to explain why, rather than just leaving me waiting. I consider that good customer service.

Where do I begin? BEWARE.No one answers phone. The drop call constantly. They’ll take messages but never call back. Always being told managers and leaders are out of the store due to personal emergencies.Last year I ordered several appliances through this store. Some never arrived and it took months to get in touch with anyone at the store that could process a refund after getting the run around all summer.*Had to replace carpet through Lowe’s. Came in to change color and they didn’t change the color, just updated it to 11,870 sq ft instead of 1,870 and kept the wrong color.* Came in again to pay for carpet after measurements. Found out color wasn’t changed. Spent two hours creating a new order. AGAIN the color wasn’t changed so two weeks later when I called to check status I was told the wrong color was ordered and I’d needed to wait several more weeks for a reorder.* Correct color finally ordered but installer tells us it’s delayed in shipment another 10 days after speaking to Lowe’s. I told installer I didn’t believe Lowe’s and she gave me the number to their installation hotline so I wouldn’t need to deal with anyone at the store again.* Called installation team and they confirm the carpet has actually already been delivered to the store- not delayed at all.* Called Erie Lowe’s and gave them this info and made the store manager go check himself. Nate confirms the carpet is in fact already in the store ready for install ?♀️Unless you press and hold everyone’s hand NOTHING will get done at this store. I got 10% off the product price because they knew how terrible the service was. Jess is rude and doesn’t care, interrupts her employees about irrelevant things when working. Doesn’t call back. The other guy we worked with didn’t call back half the time and messed things up twice too.Over it. Did a an install with Longmont Lowe’s and they were amazing. Erie is rude, disorganized, and you can’t trust employees or managers to do any of it correctly. I finally got my carpet installed today and it’s only because the installation team and Lowe’s hotline worked with me to get it figured out. Dealing with Erie is a useless waste of time and I will never do a project out of this specific store again.

Be careful, I recently stopped to buy two things. Both rang up for more than they were supposed to be. One had a sale banner on the pallet, I got charged more. The other had a 2 foot by 3 foot sign announcing a sale price, only to have customer service argue with me over it's price.... sign was correct as well as the price online.

There are two types of people in this world: orange people (Home Depot) and blue people (Lowe’s). After my experience today I am a converted blue person. Special thank you to John in the wood department for going above and beyond to help me cut 4 giant MDF boards and then helped me load them into my car. I’d be here all weekend if I tried doing it myself. Thank you!

It was pretty good, it's new and easy to get to. Not the best service and a lot of things are out of stock.

Brand new big-box store with low to medium-quality housewares and building supplies. Bags of dirt. Baby trees. Appliances on sale every holiday.

Oh so close, employees were sitting down in an isle chatting, not working. Store is fresh and clean and brand new, a little different layout than the rest of the chain. Employees that engaged and interacted with were professional and helpful. Store seems to be fully stocked and fairly easy to locate. One employee went above and beyond to help out.

Brand new store at the corner of 287 and Arapahoe. We’ve been waiting for this Lowes to open for sometime. For everyone in the Erie/Lafayette area it’s probably the new go to location. I’ve found this lowes to be well stocked, clean, and the staff to be friendly. And, the parking flow makes sense. Mastering the layout of a new box store is always hard, but will come with time.

Asked 3 different employees for help getting some furniture down and just wound up standing around waiting for 20 minutes... Guess they aren't wanting my business here!

Disappointing experience. I came in to purchase a $500 item, last weekend. I had zero luck getting any assistance with this. The store was a mess and fellow customers were ordering online via their cell phones, because they decided it was the better way to purchase, rather than doing so in person, due to there being NO HELPFUL employees present. I was told by a LOWES employee that the people working last weekend were "only cashiers" so "it wasn't their job to help customers on the floor" and that "everyone else was at the new Erie store, getting it ready, so they couldn't do anything about the issues that I was experiencing (ZERO CARTS in the store and no help to assist with a rather heavy item)." I left, drove down the street to Home Depot, was given excellent service by them and they made a $500 sale from my 1 item. Looks like I'll be supporting them now, instead.

Called on a Thurs afternoon in 2022. I tried the "pro desk" and main number; the phone at customer service rang for a total of over 35 minutes (automated system auto-hanging up on me after a certain number of rings multiple times) before someone picked up. The associate who picked up took 12 minutes to answer a question about a special order item that was listed on the Lowes website. My question was, "can I place an order for this item?" How embarrassing!
