5 stars for friendly employees, 1 star for BB&B’s policies. Found a blanket that was in the wrong spot claiming it was on sale for $94. The bag was also ripped open and the blanket exposed, so I took it up to the register to see the price but it was apparently a $300 blanket. I asked if I could at least get a discount for the fact that the packaging was destroyed (likely far before it was in the store, probably during shipping) but they said they don’t offer any sort of discount on that, so I left.Who is going to buy a $300 blanket in a destroyed package? No one. It’s no wonder BB&B is on the verge of shutting down.

The cashier was extremely helpful and courteous.The bathroom had no soap in the dispensers. That's especially disappointing in this day and age.

The prices are just so high!! We were looking for a throw pillow $50 ouch!! I bought one at Macy's for $20, 1.5 years ago and one at Kohl's last week for $12. It even has a zipper!!! :) Get over yourself Bed Bath & Beyond....

This is some of the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I do t care about the manager's $700 vacuum that she had to return. I wanted help with a coffee pot grinder that was broken. She was unwilling to help me with a replacement part. So I ordered from Amazon.

The telephone system does not function correctly. Asks the same question over and over despite your efforts to make "yes" clear enough for the machine. Do us all a favor and let an employee answer a telephone call!!!

Historically, and still to date, you can't find the prices when you need them. Very frustrating. Low in stock on things. But, they still have the biggest selection of bedding and kitchen supplies anywhere, so I hope they stay open.

I’d like to shed some light on why I will no longer be shopping with you. Today at the Loveland store I had the unfortunate experience of meeting both the assistant and store manager, Kelly and Leandra. Nether of whom have any problem solving skills whatsoever. I made an online order earlier this week through PayPal I wished to return. I presented my return barcode to receive funds back to original form of payment. I was then told by both of these women that it was your corporate policy that I only receive a merchandise credit, and if I didn’t like that call 1800. After much prompting, the store manager finally agreed she would try my suggestion of running my bank card through the terminal, since they could not refund to PayPal. This of course worked! When your customers are shamed for wanting to receive their money back, and can out problem solve your managers, you clearly have a big problem. Might I suggest you look to Amazons ease of returns policy.

I just got done visiting this Bed Bath and Beyond location last Friday and found myself very disappointed. Personally I visit this store regularly as it is my local location. However I was very disappointed as I had heard that the store was undergoing a renovation but didn’t realize that it entailed a much more limited selection. This makes me very sad as part of my favorite thing about Bed Bath and Beyond is it’s wide selection of products. look looking for Candles, only expect to find a limited selection of tumblers compared to the Fort Collins stores great new selection of jars. Looking for bedding, only except to find half the amount that Fort Collins has despite the fact that both stores used to be about the same.In conclusion: For the best selection of Bed Bath and Beyond products visit the Fort Colins store. At least for now it still has that great selection for products that you know and expect from Bed Bath and Beyond.

I don't shop at a place that pushes their politics by removing g My Pillow products. Don't push your ideology just sell what the people want. I will boycott this store, hope other people do the same.
