Wow! I'm impressed. A friend referred BG Auto to me, and I'm so glad she did. Never have I seen such a clean shop, and I received outstanding service. I'm never going back to "auto dealership" service unless I have to based on warranty issues.

The service advisors did an excellent job of explaining the issues with my vehicle, of working with my timeline, and communicating with me throughout the service process. They treat customers with respect and consideration. I highly recommend them!

My 1997 Subaru was leaking oil everywhere. My usual repair service didn’t want to investigate the issue and I had heard that BG was a good place to go. I found Michaela and Rich helpful and understanding. They looked over the car and identified more problems than just the oil leaks and provided a complete breakdown with pictures and a ranked list of repairs - “most urgent” to “can wait a bit”. We negotiated a scope of work to meet my budget and an estimate of the time to complete it. The job was completed early. I will return to get the rest of the work done soon.

I recently took my Jeep to BG Automotive for an oil pan swap, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! The entire team was incredibly patient and kind, making sure I understood every step of the process. Their customer service was outstanding, from start to finish. They kept me informed, addressed all my concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. The quality of their work was top-notch, and my Jeep is running better than ever. The simple story is that BG Automotive repaired our vehicle and we were able to complete a 910 mile drive home on time. The folks a BG did exactly what we had hoped they would be able to do.
The most important story, however, is how BG went about accomplishing the task. Their effort to provide help on a personal level was as impressive as their understanding of the complicated mechanical issues to be addressed. They listened carefully to what we said about the car, they appreciated our situation, and then they adopted a methodical course of action to diagnose and repair. Everyone here is responsive, nice and proffesional! We dealt with a 3rd party warranty issue and they communicated with the Warranty company on our behalf and got the job done! We will continue to be loyal customers at BG west Loveland location! Thank you for your service!

BG Automotive has restored my faith in car repair shops. They were able to pinpoint and repair my dangerous, failing break system after another popular, big name shop had failed to do so after three appointments!
We are three years new to Colorado and I finally have found a place I can trust!
The staff is responsive, kind and patient when sharing information. That information is backed up by email with pictures of their findings. The lobby and work area are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Brandon and his expert team.

The techs were great at communication.
Mickalea was so helpful keeping us informed. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Her customer service and knowledge are rare in today's day and age. She needs a raise.

WOW!! BG did it again!! This is my second time writing a good review for BG!! Customer service was excellent!! I love how this business provides rental cars, I met Walker super nice!! I think Josh worked on my car. Super satisfied what they did. When I was driving my car back home. My car sounded a lot better than it was. BG checked all my boxes a bunch of green flags!! Thank you so much. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Joe Davis advised my father in Law to do over 6k worth of work on his car. Suggested new shocks and struts, control arm, alignment, the list is ridiculous. We got on Rock Auto and did what his car needed from top to bottom for under 400 bucks in parts. I don’t have a problem with charging a fair rate for work that needs done. His control arms? Solid. Suspension? Solid. Alignment? Solid. We replaced the plugs because why not but did they need it? Nope.
Watch out.
This business has no problem selling you services you absolutely do NOT need. Absolutely floored that this industry is full of such massive liars and thieves. Stay away from this corrupt business.
We did rotors, pads, plugs, trans drain and fill, ptu or transfer case, differential, brake fluid. We also did oil and filter and the filter was from 2019. Yuck. Multiple bolts for important parts loose after this “bid” for “work” that didn’t need done. Fill port on trans wasn’t even hand tight. Oil filter was loose and leaking. Ptu drain bolt loose and leaking. Mysterious noise came shortly after said trip to visit Mr. Joe Davis. Magically went away after we made sure all gear oil was changed.
My father in laws car is perfect now. He spent a total of 240 on rock auto and I had and bought the fluids he needed other than these parts. Less than 300 out of pocket total between the two of us and 2/3 of the work “needed” was a bold faced lie. Disgusting. Fire this service advisor.
All fluids listed on this service sheet are the wrong ones too. Get your shit together.
