Leona was so kind and her flow was dynamic & juicy. It had just the right balance of strength and deep stretching. Exactly what I needed before a 7 hour drive! The studio was lovely and I just had the best experience.

A breath of fresh air, beautiful studio space and wonderful teachers. It’s so appreciated this studio focuses on not just asana, but the 8-limbs and weaving in yogic philosophy. What a special studio! Thank you TYC!
