Costco in Longmont really needs to improve their service for tires. I bought 4 tires , they lost my full size spare tire and left the bad tire in the back of my car. I informed the manager about this and all they could off me was half price on a single tire even though they took my full size spare and already recycled it.

Dont come here for your tires they have you make an appointment to get a leak plugged then tell you its going to be an hour wait which turns into 3 hours way even have appointments if you cant honor them the whole staff should be retrained on how to handle customer service

This Costco has a tire department that gave me great service. I needed a flat repair during an incoming blizzard. In fact I believe it was a historic storm where the temperatures were going down 50 degrees in a couple hours. I had high winds, tumbleweeds blowing all over the roads, and snow blowing sideways on the way to their store. They were able to fit me in and did a great job fixing my tire. Needless to say I was very happy with the service. They were professional and friendly. I had a safe car to return home in a whiteout.I also recently noticed their self service lanes were moving quickly in the grocery area on a crowded Super Bowl Sunday.

Good prices on tires and I really like the tire warranty with included flat repair, nitrogen fill ups, rotate/balance. I’ve had to have two flat repairs and had no issue either time. It is really convenient that I can shop while I wait.The only downside is they are always pretty busy and appointments can be a week out or more, but they always take walk ins if I can’t get an appointment. I’ll be buying more tires here for sure.

Beware: Costco technician installed 4 new tires on my vehicle that resulted in gouges and scratches on all my factory black rims After reporting this to the service supervisor he said that he knew what had caused it in their process and would help me file a claim. But he did not. I felt suspicious and the next day I went in to talk with GM and explained what happened. After that, GM gave a claim paperwork to fill out. Today a lady from the claims department has declared that she denied my claim in spite of their fault. She was rude. I patiently waited over a couple week for the claim to be processed for this shameful declaration by CostCo to a long time customer and customer services so rude.

I bought my second set of tires on 11/11. I was told they would be in within a day or so. Checked back 4 times within the next few weeks, finally talked with a manager, who reordered the tires again. Checked back again a few days later, the employee who helped me said I should show up on Friday at 7am. He said I would get best effort from them. I sat and waited for 2 hours. This place is a joke! The man at the register made no attempt to get me in, although I explained my situation and gave him the paperwork given to me with the capitalized instructions

Their communication is awful! They never called me when my tires came in I had to call over and over again to find out they had them and now I can not get ahold of them to schedule an appointment. I guess my only option to get the tires I’ve already paid for is to do a walk in and sit there all day with my two year old.

This COSTCO is great. I somehow always find parking, which may be a fluke, but it happens for me. Sometimes COSTCO peeps can be grumpy. I have had nothing but good experiences with the employees here. They are all super friendly and happy to help you. What makes this COSTCO stand out more than others I have been to? They have a liquor store. This includes wonderfully discounted wines! You can get Whispering Angel for 19.99 - typically a 29.99 bottle! They also have great deals on liquor. Right now - since it is right before the holidays - you can even get beer and wine advent calendars. Genius! I love this costco. That is all.

This is the mean Costco. My coworkers and neighbors have literally nicknamed this the mean Costco. It's the only one I've encountered with bad customer service. Over the summer I bought two Bose speakers. I ended up returning them because they wouldn't hold a charge. I waited in line on a week day morning, for over 30 minutes to return these two items. The kid running the service desk helped me when it was my turn. He said the charging port outlet that were in the box needed to be included in the box to return it as well. I showed him on the box it came with charging cables, but no outlet port. He argued with me and told me to come back when I found them. I showed him again it didn't included the attachment to plug in to charge. He still didn't listen to me and started helping the next customer in line. I found a manager to complain too, the manager said they would fix it and complete the return. But I had to wait in line again, for another 20 minutes to return the item. Then had to wait again for the manager to get to the service desk. In July I bought a pallet of their garage workbench/organization furniture. I went to self checkout, the attendant said I could pay for it there, then pull around to receiving and they would load it in my truck. After paying I went to receiving and they said they were out of the item. They were not, there were several pallets of the product on the floor. I discussed it with them, I said I could show them. They said I can't walk back through receiving to show them. They were sure they were out. I sis d fine, just return my money at this point. I had to return to customer service, wait in line to get my refund. Then, when I got the front of the line they told me they couldn't return my purchase because I didn't have the product! It was $1200! I told them I didn't have the product because they didn't give it to me, they claimed they were out. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes and they had to get an executive over to override the return. Holy hell, what a ridiculous experience. I look forward to Longmont Costco opening so I no longer have to go to the Mean Thornton Costco! Until then I'm spending money at the Thornton Sams Club!

I've been here a few times and each time I felt something was off. The vibe of the staff AND the clientele that shop here are unfriendly and borderline hostile. I'll drive the extra 15 min to the other Costco in Westminster.

Best organized Costco in the area and definitely the one with the best selection. Not understanding some of the reviews I've read, been going to this one for years and have always found employees, incredibly helpful, even several that I've gone out of their way to help me.

Every Sunday I head down to Costco to buy myself the next weeks worth of groceries. I can proudly call myself a member of the Costco community. Samples becoming unavailable was arguably the worst thing that came out of Covid-19. Not even my husband leave me as satisfied as the samples from Costco do. When I saw on twitter the return of samples I was beyond excited. So this last Sunday I made sure to fast for two whole days ahead of time so I could enjoy Costco samples to the fullest extent. After about 15 minutes of strolling through the isles I discovered a very tasty brand of yogurt. As soon as I finished my sample I knew I just HAD to have more. I went back and said I was grabbing one for my "friend". Then I went back again and this time I said it was for my "child" After about five minutes of this the employee turned me away, and said that I needed to have them with me. Now if it ended there maybe I would be putting two stars but it just got WORSE. I was raised in a household full of Pomeranians so I know a thing or two regarding establishing dominance. This girl doesn't back down that easy. So I waited in the next isle for upwards of about 37 minutes for the old Hags shift to end. When that did happen I marched right back and DEMANDED a sample of yogurt. And sure enough it worked After revealing my identity I had to use the "getting it for someone else trick" to get the next couple samples. Eventually this employee refused to give me anymore. But this time I wasn't about to allow myself to be walked on. So I camped nearby and waited until her attention was directed at something unrelated and I went for it I grabbed as many samples as I could and started sprinting towards my car. I'm not sure how many I picked up in the heat of the moment but it was enough to drip on the floor and cause me to SLIP. Instead of being helped up and given some yogurt I was escorted out by the assistant manager. Maybe I was in the wrong for the yogurt but I am DISGUSTED by Costcos accident protocol. Also if I'm not mistaken the samples are FREE so under no circumstances was I doing anything wrong. The employees who work here are very bad at what they do. I do genuinely hope none of them live in a neighbourhood with children. I will be taking my business elsewhere. (I cannot remember the name of the yogurt brand. It was banana flavoured and had a red container. If anyone has any ideas please contact me immediately)

Entry personnel was rude! I didn't realize this stores shopping carts where stored outside. When I asked, he snapped at me and his expression was like I was stupid. Monday, 9/26 at 2:20 pm
