I went to Jackson Hewitt to file taxes this year and had a great experience both Joe ,and Carly were super nice..knowledgeable and Joe even found an error that saved me hundreds of dollars thanks Joe ,thanks Carly, thank you Jackson Hewitt ...Il be back next year

I came here hoping that they would assist me with getting a better experience with my taxes and help make sure I was filing correctly. They did the exact same thing I could have done on my own at home. On top of that they forgot to have me come back in to sign for my state refund since it wasn't open at the time I filed. I had to call more than once to figure out where my refund was. After 2 months I finally was told that I needed to come in to sign or they could just use my signature from my federal taxes. I'm not sure why that wasn't done in the first place. Now I'm waiting another 4 weeks to get my return and I wasn't shown any sympathy or remorse from them for messing up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

3/10/2023 and still waiting because Jackson Hewitt for got to send my Taxes first time in the office was 12/21/2022 been up there 3 more times and still no return don't trust 21 days.
