I contacted Long for some assistance with filing an amended tax return due to some reporting inconsistencies on my 2020 return. Typically my taxes are relatively straightforward but apparently I was in over my head in 2020 and beyond what the HR Block free edition could handle. When I contacted Long I was very impressed with his expertise, responsiveness, attention to my problem, courtesy and professionalism. He even worked over a holiday to ensure my amended return was prepared ASAP and in the mail (the e-file deadline for 2020 had passed by the time I was notified by the IRS) back to the IRS to avoid any penalties or fines. Long worked to make sure this was the most stress free experience possible given the circumstances. I was very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely be utilizing Winter Mountains in the future.
