"I went to school just outside of Austin and grew up in Houston. Chuy's Westminster is a little taste of home. My wife and I were ecstatic when we saw the coming soon sign and the handful of times we have been now have been amazing. The food is as good as I remember and the service is great. I will warn you there is usually a wait, but that's a sign of how good the place is.
TL;DR GO TO CHUY'S"
"Austin native here. Back in the 80s I loved going to the original Chuy's for the funky and festive atmosphere, the numerous types of frozen cocktails, the great chips and salsa, and not the food. Definitely not the food. Looks like this place is similar except that the patio, rather than being under a pecan grove, is a cement rectangle nestled between an enormous parking lot and the on-ramp to US-36. This will be a great place for drinks and nachos before a movie, but it lacks the charm of the original and doesn't have the quality of food that will keep people willing to wind all the way to the back of the AMC parking lot to eat here when much better Tex Mex and Mexican food places (unnamed but let's just say from Colorado) are so close by."
"Food was delicious, Avery from the serving staff was superb, the restaurant was well decorated and cool vibe. I loved every minute of this place. Loved the food too. Definitely a top-notch competitor for Tex-Mex food in the Greater Denver Metro Area. I would love to be back soon to try different menu options and request Avery again. P.S.: Would take this option way more than Hacienda, Colorado across the street. Food is a cheaper price as well."
"Have been here multiple times. Full disclosure, I lived in San Diego and have visited Texas many times, so that is the type of "Mexican" I like and am used to. That said, I have not been disappointed here. The staff is friendly and genuine, the food tastes fresh, and the salsas and creamy jalapeno sauce are great. Tasty with a good burn. I'm not a huge enchilada fan, and that is one of their trademarks, but there is plenty else to keep me coming back. I am so glad Chuys has come to Colorado."
"Amazing food and service. Highly recommended. Extremely busy but worth it. Must try their handmade tortillas and the superb sauces. Kudos to Jerry."
