Flor was truly so great - she was balancing a ton of people in at once, was extremely personable, and gave everyone quality service without going slow. Such a great experience with her!! The store needs more employees or to give her a raise :P but honestly they need more employees bc despite her being incredible, waits were inevitably long whenever people would arrive.

This location seems to only ever have one person working at a time, and not sure if this is company policy but they dont acknowledge anyone standing and waiting in the store until they finish who they’re working with. I’ve watched a man wait for over an hour to return a phone for trade in that took less than 30 seconds. My upgrade took three hours and in that time the employee let three people walk out of the store without getting help due to the lack of customer service. I’ve now been twice to try and return my phone and have had to leave because of the long wait.

I usually never make reviews but i had such a bad experience i have to make one about the customer service. I called to ask about getting a new phone and the girl named Flor is so rude… I’ve never experienced anything like it. She was very short with me on the phone, wouldn’t give me any information and she wasn’t being helpful at all. She had the biggest attitude on the phone and at that point i didn’t even want to order the phone anymore. I’ve been in this location many times and everyone else is so wonderful but Flor was definitely an issue.

Lady was not helpful tried to convince me to buy another phone or SIM card, went to another store Free of charge for the SIM card ,did not want or need another phone, good luck going there! Time was8/29/24 around 1:00pm

They will scam you into a 'No Contract' deal, when its actually an 'Agreement'. I traded in my old phone for half off a new one, then when i canceled to switch to Xfinity for half the monthly bill, they sent me to collections for the new phone. They cant even give the Agreement to you in writing.
Dont trust anything they say. Extremely nice staff, but no honor. Just go to Xfinity mobile.

Stefan provided great customer service for my wife and I while we picked out and setup new phones. I was very pleased with my Verizon experience. The service since getting a new phone and provider has been great! We went to the mountains in a remote part of the state and had great coverage.

Tried to charge me $40 to activate my phone when all I had to do was call *611 and say activate new phone. Wouldn’t help with trade in. Had a lot of say about how it was already started somewhere else. Funny because I was able to cancel trade in on the spot and start it at another store. Dude was not helpful and $40 for basic customer service is not cool
