Smallish gym but has what I need. Im normally in there super early, so there's no one hogging the machines

They have great equipment, but it’s too bundled up too close to other equipment. It’s like walking through a hazard area trying to get to one machine to the other kind of wish I never joined. Seems like all anytime fitness gyms are too cluttered.

Not impressed. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to tour the gym. I received 2 emails and 3 text reminding me of my appointment and even replied to one of the text as “confirmed” the morning of our meeting. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes early, tried to call as requested upon arrival and no answer. Waited… called again several more times and still no answer. Thinking that maybe they were with another customer we decided to wait outside the door until we saw someone. Finally a member arrived and let us inside where we were waiting in the lobby and no one addressed us. No one was in the office. Door was closed and lights off. After 15 minutes of waiting, a coach (I’m guessing) arrived and walked straight into the office. I thought that maybe she would say hi, so we waited a little longer allowing her the opportunity to turn on the computer and get settled. After another 5-7 minutes, I tried getting her attention, but she was on the phone. Again another several minutes went by. We were getting ready to walk out when she came out and asked if we needed help. I explained that I had an appointment (20 minutes prior) and. she informed me that my appointment was likely with Dave (or David). Since it didn’t seem like he was planning to show for our appt, she opted to show us around and give us a quick tour. We noticed that the place is outdated. The equipment looked ok (I guess). Very cramped though and she explained and they were updating the gym. On the website it suggests that classes are offered, however, upon on inquiring I was told that they only offer Silver Sneaker classes. This is definitely not the gym for us!

The Anytime Team works hard to keep the equipment and the facility clean and in good working condition. I appreciate their attention to this detail and the fact that they are focused on improvements. Nice work!!!

Owners won’t do basic maintenance on equipment despite notifying them of basic issues via emails through the years. The entire gym has only one barbell that has rotating collars, the rest are so worn down they don’t spin with weights on the bar. It’s an easy fix but the owners just don’t care to fix it despite being aware of the issues. The gym has had painters tape on nearly every wall and surface and been “under construction” for as long as I’ve been a member seemingly without anything being completed. No secure storage, broken lockers. Half working sinks in the men’s restroom. Place is a real gem.

I was called today by a female and inquired if I knew the people that came in behind me. At first I was confused at what she was talking about. We just moved here to Windsor and we didn't know anybody. She rudely was letting me know that I can't have people just come in. And I didn't like her tone and assumptions. I told her that I didn't know what she was talking about. I told her that I keyed in and if the people behind me did not key in you need to call them. I asked her why is she was calling me. She was assuming that I knew these people. If they were looking at their cameras they can clearly see that I spoke with no one that night in the gym. I am new to the gym and I've only been there three times. When I was trying to be firm with her that I didn't appreciate a phone call of her accusing me of knowing these strangers. I felt like she did it in a way where she was targeting me . I feel like it's important if you're trying to run a business to be respectful to your clients. You called me assuming I knew these people which I did not ! She threatened to charge me a fee? I am not responsible for the public if they don't use their keys. She hung up on me and I came up there to cancel.
Unfortunately , the blonde lady that works there was NOT professional at all. I told her that I did not appreciate her hanging up on me and that she can't just call me and accuse me of knowing people that I don't.
She was laughing at me And did not apologize but was rolling her eyes. There was another white gentleman that was there that she was signing up and he was like we don't care. So that tells me enough and the kind of place that you're running.

as far as the anytime fitness gyms in northern colorado go, i’ve gotta say this one has gotta be the worst one. nothing to do with the staff but mostly the state of the facilities and the equipment. the high schoolers there after school make it insufferable as well.

Recently joined Anytime and couldn't be happier with my decision. The staff is helpful, friendly, and has great workout tips. The well-maintained facility and positive energy make my workouts something to look forward to! Theres a great mix of equipment for all fitness levels and goals - its very motivating!

I wish I could give half stars - I’d give this place 4.5.
I’ve been a member of this gym for 6+ months. While some of the equipment and workout areas could use a face lift (new ceilings in the back rooms; weight machines need lbs. markings refreshed; carpet in a workout facility is kind of weird - hence 4.5 stars), the gym really has everything one needs. I appreciate the variety of cardio and lifting equipment (both free weights and machines).
There is enough redundancy in the equipment that I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a machine. (If the machine I want is in use, it’s almost always free when I circle back around after reps at a different machine.)
Teens use this gym, and honestly, I find them inspiring. They’re usually there to work out; I don’t see that much messing around or wasting time at machines.
At the end of the day, the best gym is the one you use, and I’m thankful that Windsor has such a well-equipped gym.

I call this gym "the dump". It is very dirty, outdated and worn out. The equipment is not kept up and a lot of the numbers on the stack weights are worn off. The carpet is disgusting and it smells old and dirty. I would never recommend joining this gym! Unfortunately, it is the only gym of it's kind in Windsor expect the rec center.
