Awful experience every time here. Everyone just sitting around and u are guaranteed to wait hours. All staff are rude and act like you are bothering them. Avoid at all costs

I did check in at 7:00 but security guy said they will open 9:30 and they gave me door 9:45 unloading take almost 5 hours just 0 start not recommended don’t come here

No parking!
No overnight parking!
No restroom!
This location is not USA; this location is Papua Guinea!

Hi Driver's this place is in the residential area. All turns are tight and sharp but not bad. They open by 9:30 no one can allow early in week days. They have clean restrooms all the way down to the right side last door. Unloading or loading is always unpredictable everywhere. The truck and trailer have to be clean, and they do sanitize. They have a little parking place before guard shack. I'm not sure you can park overnight or not because they park their own trailer down there as well. Best of luck

I was told Appointment time was 9am, they dont let you in the gate until 9:30am then once in the gate I call to get checked in im told to wait in the Truck dont get out, they start at 9:30am.
I call back at 10:05am I'm told they start at 9:30am and they have to set up, then told they have to load their company trucks 1st that weren't finished from the day before, meanwhile I'm watching their company trucks come in and get unloaded.
This place has absolutely no Care for OTR Driver's avoid this place if possible!!!

I was able to get checked in. Did a drop and hook without any problems. Everyone was very nice!

1. Must have wash ticket (truck & trailer).2. Cannot leave your truck.3. Check in process is cumbersome. Even if you call, don’t expect anyone to come up to your truck for 30-90 min.

I have a dropthook here as a trucker, can drop after hours and park on the drive for the night if needed. Great place!
