I have to say this was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership or with a salesman I have bought numerous cars a couple from this dealership and Gmc in general. My salesman was Mike from the moment we walked in Mike had a poor attitude. He was very argumentative when we tried to negotiate about trade value. He basically told me that I wouldn't get a penny more than what they were going to give me that I drive way more than the average person and I shouldn't expect anything more than the price they were going to give me. Everything I had to say Mike had something else to say that was better than what I had to say that Trumped what I had to say so my husband finally walked away because the attitude we were receiving from Mike was no longer tolerated by my husband, so Mike told me he was gonna be calling my bank. I gave him all of the information he needed, and that we would start moving along the process. I walked around the dealership with my husband and two toddlers for about an hour and a half when my husband finally said to me, he's not working on your deal Victoria he doesn't even have you pulled up I told him that wasn't possible and I went over and then Mike said to me well here's a credit application. You'll have to come back tomorrow. We're not gonna have time to do this today at that point I was upset. I've been walking around for an hour and a half he had just greeted another customer that walked in the door and said I'll be with you in a minute, I said to him how did you have us waiting for an hour and a half knowing we live 45 minutes away, Why weren't you honest with us and just said we're not gonna be able to do this today? I have two kids with me and I've just been walking around in a circle for an hour and a half . I asked him. I wasn't sure if he was having a bad day but his attitude was unprofessional. All he had to say was I'm sorry you feel that way with a shoulder shrug at this point my husband was already outside with one of our children, and Mike didn't even offer to open the door and assist me while I struggled to push the stroller and hold the door with my son at the same time , I will never go back to Gmc and I gave my business to Gmc in Wallingford and purchased a vehicle through there so not only did he lose me as a customer. I will make sure that everybody knows my encounter that I had there and how unprofessional and rude this person was. And also how rude it was for him to tell me I wouldn't receive a penny more for my vehicle. It was interesting because Gmc in Wallingford gave me about three grand more. They were able to give me a first responder discount and some rebates! The way Mike treated me and my family was unprofessional unkind and disgusting. I have never in my years have been treated that way. My brother is a salesman. My father was a finance manager. This is not the way you treat customers. This is not the way you treat people. I never got a call from a manager apologizing for how I was treated that they were sorry I didn't have a great experience and that's fine My business might not mean anything to that company, but I hope everybody that reads this will pick another Gmc that will treat them better than I was.

I have been waiting nearly 90 days for my car's title and registration. All I get is false promises and now I guess I have no option but a legal one. I would not buy anything from Blasius GMC at TREMONTE AUTO GROUP INC Address: 490 E Main St, Branford, CT 06405 especially if you are an out-of-state buyer.

I sent the following complaint to The excecutive director of the Blaius Auto Group, Mr Baily.He did not have the courtesy to respondI always suggest that people read between the line and do their own due diligence.I am filing a complaint with the Blaius Auto Group/ regarding the management of Blaius Buick, Branford CT.I have attached a copy below of the advertisement of your vehicle on edmunds.com....as seen on March 4, 2023.The pice listed was $30,994.00After reviewing the ad on Sat... I called the Branford dealer and spoke with salesman, Mason. I informed him that I had seen this truck on line..... 2020 Ford Ranger with the price and asked if it was still available. I told the salesman I would be there within the hour.I arrived as promised. The manager gave me to another salesman.When it came time to pay for the auto.... the manager, Jack told me that the price on their website was 33,995.00.I did not have my computer with me, but recalled that the price was 30,995.00. He said that I was incorrect.Ironically, he returned and said that Blaius had just had a price INCREASE ON MARCH 2nd..... and the price I had seen was not corrected...although he said all online sites are adjusted as the prices are changed.That was misinformation.That out of door auto price.... was now 37,709.00. ....with the new base price of 33,995.00Their Doc fee of 796.00 is also far higher than their competitors..... that range from $300- 600.I left the dealer and sent him a copy of the ad that I had seen on Edmunds on line....for $30,994.00This is appalling business practice. I do not cast aspersions on how Blaius runs its business. To a senior citizen who has grown up with real customer service, this is a far cry from accountability and integrity. I would tell anyone interested in doing business with Blaius, Branford to beware of their business practices...before you even visit this showroom.I usually ask for a written estimate closing cost before I arrive, but in this case....... this auto was exactly what I was looking for...... and I wanted to arrive immediately. (paying cash for the vehicle)I was able to order a new 2023 Ranger from a competitor. Apparently LIFE TIME oil changes at Tremonte mean, 2 oil changes and when you come back for your 3rd they charge you $90 and services to the bill that are not requested. #conjob

In the process of finding a reliable all wheel drive vehicle for my 21 y/o granddaughter, we traveled to Branford to look at some of the pre-owned inventory at Premier Subaru. After test driving a couple of candidates I got a call from one of my daughters regarding a 2016 Nissan Rogue (40,000+ miles) she found on line at nearby Tremonte BUICK GMC. She & husband had recently ordered a new Denali pickup there thru salesman James Favazza. James met us at the door when we pulled in. After a test drive and review of the provided CARFAX, they assessed her trade-in, which they valued $200 higher than any other dealer. They arranged financing through a local credit union at 2.29%, installed new brakes & replaced a cracked taillight lens in 2 days. Having purchased more than a few vehicles from CT dealerships over the years, I have to say that this transaction was, by far, the most agreeable to date. James Favazza and the Tremonte team did an outstanding job for us.
