Wanted to get better tires for mountain bike.I was unsure of how bigger I could go.The sales person was super helpful and knowledgeable.And I walked out with better tires!

Very cool store to buy a bike. Very helpful and pleasant staff. I found the prices to be competitive as well. They will also service the bike forever at no cost which tune ups are usually around $100 otherwise.

Experienced excellent customer service and I was only in there to have a bike tuned up. The bike was quite old and not purchased at Zane's. Still, I was treated as a valuable customer.

Drove 25 minutes each way to Zanes. I needed a new bike adjusted and was willing to pay for the full tune up price because of their reviews. They will not work on bikes not purchased from them. I'll YouTube it and grab a bike stand and do it for less. I won't return to Zanes

My husband is like a kid in a candy store. Riding is his favorite thing to be doing and a Zanes visit puts him in a great mood which is very good for both of us. I'm not a rider but I love Zanes too.

Ridiculous that they won’t work on bikes that aren’t purchased from them. Insurance issues? Explain why. So, I can’t bring a car to a shop to get fixed because I didn’t buy it from them? Nonsense. They are just mad I didn’t spend 3000 or more on their bikes. Funny actually because if they would of just fixed a flat on my ebike i would of bought another ebike from Zane’s. Too bad.

Bought my Trek from Zane’s and they recently helped me pick out a bike rack for my new car. Staff are always super friendly, helpful, and never hesitate to answer my novice questions.

I have purchase several bikes here and get them all serviced here. Excellent mechanics and sales staff.Greg, the bike fitter, really knows what he's talking about and has made cycling 1000 times more enjoyable for me.

The salesperson was so helpful. Really wonderful. Helped my husband select biking shoes and provided complete and easy to understand instructions as to how to use them. Really awesome

I have known Tom Girard and been to Zane’s for a long time but not in the last five years. I was refreshed to find the shop has not lost its appeal as a complete cycling resource. The staff with Tom are very knowledgeable and helpful. You get great value and service. Highly recommended to all biking enthusiasts.

When I decided to get back into cycling, I happen to stop in a while near the shoreline and decided this was the store. I wanted to work with to buy my next bike that was six or seven years ago, and we’ve made several upgrades over the years with good technical knowledge and help with decision-making and a lot of patients. Wonderful store.

came in on sunday march 26 to get my son a 20" zane's bike. the woman that helped us was sweet, knowledgeable and made this special day for my boy's first adult bike.thanks so muchancelmo huggins
