I was recently stopped and harassed by 2 employees who insisted that I stole something. After rifling through my groceries for 5 minutes and taking drinks out of my cart and saying “I don’t think you paid for this either” they realized I paid for all of my items. Well, before I went to customer service and got a refund then took my cart over to the 2 who harassed me and told them they could put it away now. I came here out of convenience but truth be told this store is very dirty. That experience was all I needed to never go back

Store is great parking lot is horrible. Has a wonderful stock of groceries Nad you can get hot food there also.

Great selection, great prices! Very accommodating, convenient close easy access from the local community, a pleasure to shop there! Very nice personnel, very attentive to the needs of the individual customer - I highly recommend this store.

Clean, full service, family owned grocery store. Excellent Produce, Prepared Foods, Flower, Deli and Meat departments. Really great fresh cheeses in the Deli section.

ShopRite Ffld has a large assortment of organic and gluten free foods. However, I would like to see more grass fed meats.

I like shopping at the ShopRite in Fairfield very clean they help you there when you ask a question the deli cuts all my meats at perfection I can find everything easily

came in for a refund, and the girl at the desk wasn’t very helpful , she seemed like she didn’t wanna be there and was rushing out. The customer service person taking over , a young lady named Hillary was very helpful, very efficient , and helped me find all the items on my list. She made my shopping trip 10x easier , will be returning to this location !!

Not sure who owns this location now, but the previous owners were doing it better. AND the baked goods from in store are no longer available! Bye bye to my favorite rainbow cookies ?*update - guess who has my cookies now ?And... things have really improved over the past months. The updates were slow, but worth it! Shelves are stocked, the layout makes sense, self checkout moves quickly, staff doesn't look as miserable lol ... back in business!

This is my store great food great prices organized clean store , I always find the gluten free products that's I am looking for and easy to find it because the way they put the labels on the shelves sais on them GLUTEN FREE under the item . The most important thing the excellent customer service everybody nice and helpful specially Jeremy he went out of his way to help me find my Lactaid , thank you Jeremy you’re very helpful ,, and thank you all.

They use to be good but now they are converting to private label (bowl and basket) and the ones I have tried were significantly inferior to the branded products. The Fairfield ShopRite is converting to a very large Aldi , I guess if you can't beat them then become them.

I ordered a cake for my daughters baptism and arrived much earlier than I said I would as plans on my end changed last minute. They were finishing preparing the cake when I arrived. Wendy was extremely friendly and patient. She did a beautiful job icing and decorating. Both her and Eric came out to show me the cake when it was finished and it looked just like the picture I had showed that I wanted it to mirror. Eric suggested that I had the little pink flowers for a pop of color to make it stand out. They were right! They did a beautiful job when it was completed. The cake not only looked great, but tasted great as well! We got so many compliments of people asking where it was from. They made this n easy process and I will definitely be back. Thank you Eric & Wendy!!
