I believe that this location does not serve fresh chicken daily. I received my rotisserie chicken and it was very dry and overcooked as if it was reheated from last night. Their mashed potatoes are powdered as opposed to the non-powdered supply other locations receive. And for some reason they never get pot pies when they “place their orders from the franchise”. This leads me to believe that they are using a different distributor rather than official Boston market distribution centers.The packaging was even different.

This place is one step from closing. The food was inedible. I used to love Boston Market, I literally threw away my meal.

Staff are very nice and welcoming. Last purchase I made the corn was terrible. I had to discard it.

Terrible service. My first time eating at a Boston Market. Ordered pickup and was handed a sealed bag by a lady that looked irritated that I walked in. She handed it too me and walked all the way to the other end of the store. I waited about five minutes and while she ignored the fact that I was needed service. She came about have way and asked for the 31oz cup I ordered so I could get my drink. She say she put a sprite(20oz) in my bag because the fountain machine wasn't working and again walked as far away as possible. A male employee started shaking his head in disagreement with her and she told him what?, it's not working. I can only speculate that she was too lazy to have made sweet tea for the location today which obviously doesnt come from a fountain machine. I'm visiting Greenwich and this is certainly not the service I've experience thus far. It's silly but simple respect for people and common niceties goes a long way.

I ordered a large order for a family gathering recently and I picked it up at the store. Let me say the customer service is beyond exceptional! the lady was super nice and offered great service. the good is served not only in proper containers but they include a wide variety of utensils to ease the process of serving. I really recommend this place. it's amazing!

Never have anything in stock! Twice went - both times no Mac n cheese. Last time only had chicken and turkey. If you are going to charge normal prices, you need to have everything in stock.

Got food from here on 2.1.23 and got severe food poisoning. I had already shared the food with a friend before developing symptoms and my friend also got food poisoning. It was the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had.

Peri peri chicken turned out to be my favorite! Good portions at affordable price. If you are on any kind of bulking diet, this place will be a blessing for sure.

Boston Market really knows how to do holiday catering with ease. Go to their website and order online. It’s a bit slow but with some patience you’ll be able to check out and will receive a confirmation email for your order. When you arrive, let a staff member know you’re picking up and they’ll take you out of the line and have you wait at a numbered table for your food. I was helped and out the door within 5 minutes. Boston Market knows how to do Thanksgiving!Parking: Very limited spots

Probably the worst experience I've had at a Boston Market. The chicken was dry as old boots and the service was horrible. I felt like I was annoying the counter person just by placing an order.

This is a pretty good place for sure it is great I won't have the customer service when they greet you is very nice also their food taste just like how they treat their customers I have to say these are one of the best Boston market so I have seen in the days.
