If you care about the value of your vehicle, you better not bring it here! I accidentally damaged the side of my father's truck when I made a turn too tight and rubbed a pole which was sticking out too far onto the street, scraping the bedside. I chose them because I mistakenly believed they were the best. Before I even discuss the lousy quality of work they did, we spoke to them beforehand and they promised discretion if we paid cash out of pocket, no insurance involvement, and we were clear on that, so we paid cash in full. Fast forward a few years later, my father wants a new truck, so he goes to the dealership and they say there's an accident on record. We were wondering how that's possible, so they show us the Carfax and there it is, the damage Classic Auto "fixed". After saying it would be repaired with discretion, they turn around and stab us in the back, greatly devaluing the truck. I don't understand how anyone can trust a business that so blatantly lies and causes further issues with their customers. Why would anyone bring their vehicle here knowing that you're going to turn around and report even the slightest bit of damage to insurance and devalue their vehicle??? To lie and stab a customer in the back like that is disgusting and unprofessional. On top of that, the work was subpar! The paint was not a great match, one was clearly able to see the difference in the bed of the truck as opposed to the cab, especially in the sun. For the money I paid, I expected better, and I could have brought it just about anywhere else and paid less, elsewhere probably would have done a better job too, and they wouldn't have turned around and reported it to the insurance when it was agreed they wouldn't. This is a dirty, deceitful shop, anybody would be a fool to bring their vehicle here. I only wish I knew how bad this place was ahead of time. Future customers, you are warned, if you want lousy mismatched paintwork, come to Classic Auto! Good luck trying to get decent resale value for your vehicle when you try to sell it or trade it in, because no matter what Classic Auto tells you or how you pay, they'll make sure insurance knows and your vehicle history will be ruined.Services: Painting

I love my car. I've had it for 16 years and Classic Auto has kept it running beautifully. I've taken my vehicleto CJ for everything from new engine parts to auto body work. The service is outstanding. A family-owned business, Michele & CJ will make you feel like family at Classic Auto!

I sent my car to this place because my car is the leased one and on accident lessor (Greenwich Honda) has a say in where to send the car for auto body repair. When my car was fixed I was called upon to pick up and when i arrived to the place the front desk old lady treated us very bad. She was so rude and unwelcoming. When I was inspecting the car the lady was whispering the words and seem to be very frustated and indirectly passing comments to us saying this car was supposed to be picked up in the morning and it's very late in the evening though it was 3:00PM and we never agreed on the pick up time. I am very disappointed and would never do any business with either Classic Auto or Geenwich Honda.Services: Body & Trim

CJ and his crew are great. Quality work and reasonable prices. Any make of car they can blend those paints perfectly. Have used them 3 times and not been disappointed once.
