Hassle free for the most part, I did have to leave my etron overnight due to backed up repairs, although i had an appointment for 12pm. which was not ideal. But ken gets 5 stars for good communication about lead time and repairs to be done.

We are writing to express our deep disappointment with the recent service experience concerning our newly purchased Audi A5. Approximately four months after acquisition, the check engine light illuminated, prompting us to seek assistance from your dealership. Regrettably, upon contacting your service department, we were informed that there were no loaner vehicles available.
This inconvenience forced us to navigate the congested 95 traffic for drop-off and pick-up, adding significant stress and time to our day. As loyal Audi customers, this lack of accommodation is disheartening and does not reflect the level of service we expect from such a reputable brand.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but the inability to provide a loaner car is a concerning shortcoming. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied, and regrettably, it compels us to reconsider our future automotive purchases. We sincerely hope that steps will be taken to prevent such inconveniences for future customers."

A little disappointed to be honest.
Was told when I got there there would be a $307 diagnostics fee that would be waved if the issue was determined to be covered under warranty. Seemed fair enough to me.
Issue was indeed determined to be under the warranty minus the replacement fluids (again fair enough). Dealership didn't have the parts though so they couldn't do the repair & I was still charged the diagnostic fee. When I called back and ask about it being covered I was told well we didn't do the repair, which is true, but it wasn't done because I declined it, it was because they didn't have the parts. I was then told since I live so far away it doesn't make sense for me to return there. It would be easier for me to go somewhere else so thats why there is a fee. Doesn't quite feel right to me, but I won't make the same mistake twice. Also want to warn anyone else who may be in a similar situation.

Adequate Service for Audi A8L**
My recent visit to Audi Service and Parts of Greenwich for maintenance on my Audi A8L was met with an okay experience.
The service department was efficient in handling my appointment, and the staff was courteous throughout the process.
However, I did encounter a slight delay in receiving updates on the status of my vehicle, which could have been improved upon. The quality of the service performed on my Audi A8L was satisfactory, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the technicians. While my overall experience was not exceptional, I found the service and parts department at Audi of Greenwich to provide adequate support for Audi owners seeking maintenance for their vehicles.

Avoid this dealership at all costs as well as their service center. Purchased my S4 back in late May, and their salesman, Michel, decided to drill a license plate frame directly into my brand new S4's grill without there even being a license plate and without asking me first. After over a month of back and forth, I had them finally agree to replace the grill. In doing so, their mechanic caused pressure dents on each side of my bumper, near the headlights. I was extremely upset because I recently had ppf and ceramic coating applied to the paint. Chris, the GM, was refusing to replace my bumper despite this being their error and cause of damage in the first place. Chris was also trying to alter the story and said that I told Michel, the salesman, to drill in the front plate frame initially and claimed we had a conversation about it....huh? Complete lies! It's common sense folks - I would never allow this on a brand new S4.On top of all of this (when I got my car back that day and saw the pressure dents), I noticed that they scratched the leather on my steering wheel, cause two small paint chips on the edge of my door somehow that were never there before (I took photos of every inch of my car before left it for service) and they also left dirty marks on the fabric up near my speakers inside the car. And guess what - when I brought this up to Bob, the service manager, he said "you're really pickin' apart this car man." (Great attitude right?) I put some leather softener on the steering wheel myself and cleaned the inside. Nothing I can do about the chips so I just let it go. They make you feel as if you're bothering them if you complain about something.Back to the bumper - after quite some time discussing what we could do here, Chris had an idea for my car to be sent to a body shop in Mount Vernon (this part happened last week) to see if they could fix the issue somehow rather than installing a new bumper. I wasted half a day going back and forth. Unfortunately, the work they did made zero change whatsoever and did not repair the dents. At this point, Chris is still refusing to have Audi replace my bumper. He knows it will be at his expense to pay for the replacement as well as applying new ppf and ceramic coating. He is simply trying to avoid the cost. He claims I will be "unhappy" with the outcome of a new bumper and that the paint and finish won't come out right - does he think I'm stupid? Body shops do this type of work every day on high-end cars! He also says the dents they caused "are not that bad and won't diminish the value." Really??? And he STILL claims that I allowed the grill to be drilled into the front plates. His continuous style of changing the story around and not owning up to his crew's mistake is extremely deceitful and very disappointing to say the least. I spent a lot of money on this car and I feel as though I have been taken for a ride. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life of owning or leasing a car. I am now stuck with a brand new 2023 S4 with dents in the bumper, caused by Audi Greenwich - that AUDI GREENWICH THEMSELVES are refusing the repair. I beg you all to shop elsewhere and AVOID getting your car serviced here. They do not care about you or your car. I am still trying to figure out a resolution to this, since dealing with them directly is getting me nowhere!

The bottomline: this dealership has poor business ethics and practices. My husband and I scheduled an appointment to test drive a few cars. We called that morning to ensure the cars were available. Upon arriving, we found out that one of them "just sold." We spent the next hour assessing and test driving one of the cars. During that time, the salesperson kept running back and forth between us and her manager because she wasn't able to answer our basic questions (eg what's the difference between the 2019 and 2020 model). It wasn't her lack of knowledge around Audi and cars in general that I'm writing this poor review (though clearly the salesperson knew nothing about the cars she was selling) it's because of what happened next: we expressed interest in buying the car and she came back to us after meeting with her manager to tell us, in the most nonchalant manner, that the car already had a deposit on it. This is information that should have been communicated when we called, not after spending over an hour of our time looking at it. It is completely immoral and poor form to withhold that information. She then had the audacity to ask if we wanted to look at another car (completely different models and acting as if nothing had just happened). This dealership has no honesty or business integrity, and for that reason I recommend you save your time and take your business elsewhere.

I know dealerships cost more(much more). And deal with it as I sometimes. But this is unique. . I have bought/serviced at least five audis from this location and they've always been spot on yet my last visit I would consider a major headache. I called booked just a a basic oil change (full synthetic as I do for all my cars) which they said 30 to 40 minutes. Ended up taking two hours and guy tells me it about $500 for the oil change. I say, "I spoke to someone and they told me is 275+tax" He said "prices going up" and I said, "since yesterday when I made the appointment". He is says OK I'll give it to you at $299+tax. I said let me pay this and get the F- out of here. If I don't have a meeting near there I wouldn't dealt with them. Sadly I think this place is now officially untrustworthy.

I stopped by this Audi dealership a few days ago to start the process of purchasing or leasing a new car. I was one of two customers in the showroom. A seemingly very young male salesperson approached me quickly and asked how he could help, which I appreciated. He looked at the car I drove to the Audi dealership through the large window and said, "What is that...a Hyundai?" in an extremely disparaging voice. My response was, "No, it is a Subaru Forester." I did not appreciate the 'put down' as his inference was that I drive a less expensive car, not a premium brand, and I thus do not have the financial profile of the typical Audi customer. Further, I am very thin and just over five feet tall (many envy my figure), though I am a small woman, shopping for a car. Well, guess what....I have a strong finance background (I understand leasing and the auto industry, to say the least), we are an understated family, I CHOOSE to drive a Subaru because I like the car but am viewing premium brands because I no longer like Subaru service, I drove a Lexus for many years, my husband toggles between an Audi and a BMW. Lesson to this salesperson: don't judge by appearances, whether it be gender, body size, current car brand, etc. You lost a sale.

My experience war absolutely horrible! Definitely felt like I was racially profiled as soon as I walked through the door. I even came with prior approval from my bank and they still did not want to help. As a loyal Greenwich employee, I was highly discouraged! If you are a hard-working good willing human that wants to be treated with fairness, definitely not the place to go to!

The Audi Service Consultants are great. In particular, Blair Friedman was excellent. She was extremely helpful and her timely communication was a welcome change from previous experiences with other dealerships.
