I was shopping for a 2023 Tacoma and visited Toyota of Greenwich as my fifth Toyota dealer visit of the day. Matthew Plaza-Soto was excellent in assessing my terms and wants and provided me a very good lease quote. Then, the sales manager, Wayne Ford came by to talk and his years of experience led him to realize I was a truck guy as I admired a beautiful Tundra in the lot. He mentioned he had something I should see, so he presented a beautiful jacked up used Chevy Colorado Z71 that got my attention. Never thought I would buy American but the Colorado was addicting. In a very professional, low key and transparent manner Wayne and Matthew provided me with an offer that was extremely fair including my trade in. Love the Colorado I purchased. Everyone I dealt with at Toyota of Greenwich, including but not limited to, Bob Federico and owner Clint Steen were top notch, easy to work with and 100% customer focused. I told them Toyota of Greenwich was my last stop of the day but it was the best stop of the day. Highly recommend Toyota of Greenwich, they provide an exceptional car buying experience and they earned more than 5 stars!

I'd give the service 10 stars if I could. People claim dealership are so expensive, but this place is well worth every dime spent. Our Land Cruiser had an air conditioning problem, which we took to a local mechanic who had exceptional reviews on repair pal. They did the diagnostics and found three faulty lines. Took two weeks to order the lines as they were coming from Stamford Toyota, (which is a real stealership and just a waste of time there). Local mechanic was dragging feet complaining parts from Toyota where a problem. I told him just put it back together and I was taking the car out. Call Toyota of Greenwich next day. Told him the problem but car for the next day dropped it off in the a.m., and then the p.m. they had it fixed, ready to go, it wasn't cheap, but it was well worth the time and aggravation of dealing with mechanics who say they know what they're doing and fall short. I've had my car at Greenwich Toyota multiple times for a service over the last 10 years and they haven't let me down yet.

Sometimes things don't go quite right and you might have a disagreement with a dealer. You get to know a person best in that situation. I wasn't quite satisfied with Toyota of Greenwich. The owners Tom and Clint Steen stepped in and together with Bob Federico made everything right. Toyotas are great cars and Toyota of Greenwich is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. That's a great combination.

Toyota of GreenwichMar 19, 2023Burned by LiesI bought a Tacoma Off Road 2 weeks ago. I knew it was a good truck. I was buying it for a specific purpose: to carry a camper. I disclosed the purpose and asked one question: "What is the cargo capacity" After what appeared to be a good faith effort to identify the amount I was told 1,350 lbs. That was sufficient and I bought the truck. I read the manual and found out the Cargo Capacity is actually 940 lbs. They overstated the one item I needed to know by 43%. 940 lbs is not close to meeting my requirement. I called the sales manager who stated the payload capacity is 1,400 and he was downright rude to my wife. He talked down to her like how could she know the facts. I sent him a picture of the Toyota published number of 940 and he conceded the point but stated it's not Toyota's problem: "We don't sell campers." I persisted and The conversation ended with him saying he would investigate what could be done. I should be able to return the truck for a full refund. No investigation required.Toyotas are great cars. They make the dealership look good. The dealership should not be evaluated by the quality of the car. They have no control over the quality. The value of the dealership is providing accurate information, resolving problems when they occur and accepting responsibility for their mistakes. I haven't seen any of these qualities in Toyota of Greenwich so far.So we will see if Toyota of Greenwich does the right thing and accepts a return at the full price. It has less than 200 miles and it's parked in my driveway. It's useless to me. I'll let you know.

This is the second car I bought from Wayne Ford in two years. This dealership is unparalleled in terms of integrity and teamwork. David Sullivan stepped in to help. They price cars fairly and stand by their word. No games. I traveled from out of state to patronize them and I will continue to do so. Given the age of crazy markups and lies some dealers are using to draw buyers in, this Toyota dealership is a rare gem.

Can't speak for everyone here but contacted them when i was looking for a new truck. I know there are shortages but they assured me they could get one no problem if i didn't mind waiting 3-5 months which is expected. Fortunately for us all they charge msrp! ....Plus dealer fee, plus etch, plus some more options, and also there is a delivery fee to get the car(not the one built into the price on the window sticker) which is another $1800. "cool so no mark up" just $3k in additional fees. Was reassured also they are a family run dealer and the owner still comes into work. Essentially you're being violated but they're making eye contact. The website now offers a $4995 mark up on the truck after sticker, phenomenal deal from these folks. Enjoy your price gauging while you still can until we the consumer are back low balling you down to your invoice. Damian was a pleasure to work with and a refreshing change from other salespeople we had encountered in trying to replace a car in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. He is a true professional who takes his job very seriously and goes out of his way to make his customers feel special and appreciated. He listened attentively, communicated honestly and did his best to help us make the right decision. A car salesperson is a public-facing job and usually the first point of contact when looking to buy or lease. Toyota of Greenwich is fortunate to have Damian, as he is a major reason why we bought our car at that dealership..

Run AWAY!!! Do not trust them!!! this place and Toyota Stamford!!! RUN AWAY!! find a different place to go. They will never tell the real price , they will waste your time and if they want your car the will put you down for it (go to Carmax) Stay away of: Giselle Rivera and her Boss (Greenwich Toyota) this 2 will sell their life just to get more money from you!! but not from me, they waste 5 months of my life waiting for a car , deposits and the surprise! they want 15 THOUSANDS more for the car !!! STAY AWAY

We had a horrendous experience at this dealership. From our interactions with the sales associate to their general sales manager it was all smoke and mirrors. They literally gave us a price for a vehicle, we placed a deposit, they then delayed giving us the buyers order for two weeks during which the vehicle price was magically increased by $3000 for the same exact car. They didn't even have a consistent reasoning for the price increase, ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional place, would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to be swindled!!

We didn't end up buying a car from here, but Damian was super nice and very responsive. Shared a lot of information about the car and helped us think through options.

I'd avoid the service center here if I can. They have wonderful techs factory trained and knowledgeable but the clowns running the front of house wreck all that. The dude doing the bookings should be fired yesterday. Ultimate example of someone who thought life would give them more abusing the small scraps of authority they have found. Go else where - worth the drive to a Danbury.

Giselle and the finance manager, Wayne, are both liars. Avoid this place if you can because they will try to screw you in some way. I was pre approved with Capital One on a 2021 Venza before I came to the dealership with a great rate. Most of the communication was done over the phone as I live in NYC. After all of my information was input by the finance manager, I was told that Capital One didn't have an offer for me and the best offer was 1% higher from Wells Fargo. I thought that was weird but while in my Uber to dealership I called and verified with Capital One that my offer was indeed legit. When I get to the dealership and ask for clarity from the very rude and dismissive finance manager, he says that Capital One charges them some kind of fee and they have to go with the Wells Fargo offer so the dealership makes money on the car. This is completely different from what I was told. I came all the way from NYC to Greenwich to be lied to. After research, it looks like they probably receive some kind kickback on the financing when they use certain lenders. When I called Giselle out on her lying, she said that she was only saying what she was told and she didn't lie. That's still very clearly a lie. I ended up leaving as I refuse to give my business to people like this. $200+ in Uber wasted and time I won't get back dealing with shady people.

I hope the pleasure to work with Antonio Ho buying my Rav4. He was very friendly, highly knowledgeable and extremely patient. He answered all my questions and explained step by step all the finances. He made my purchase experience a pleased one. I highly recommend Antonio. I am looking to work with him in the future.
