I really felt comfortable. I was very relaxed and I enjoyed the girls that were in my class. Nicole was fabulous and very patient that helped a lot and I will definitely do it again.

Aerial Arts Fitness is the only comprehensive Aerial Fitness school in Southeastern CT. We offer Pole Fitness, Pole Dance, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), Aerial Hammock, Aerial silks, Static Trapeze, Troupe Dance and Chair Dance.
