From Spencer & Lynn Wine and Spirit Merchants - Groton
My wife and I founded Spencer & Lynn in March of 2020. Our dream was to open a wine shop that we would want to shop at. Our focus are the producers, the people behind the glossy veneer of alcohol sales. These producers, whether they are brewers, distillers, or winemakers, are people who are incredibly passionate about what they are creating. We take it one step further and work with producers that are proponents of organic / natural production. The reason for this is because we fully believe this is only way forward for the world of wine, beer, and spirits.
