The worst compony ever to work for. Unprofessional and don’t keep their word. They couldn’t send me a letter of proof for my SSI on when I started to work and when I ended so I had to write the letter myself.

Thank you your Molly maids did a wonderful fantastic job on our home. My son came in. He couldn’t believe how nice it looked and how clean it was, and he is very particular. THE MAIDS is a pleasure !!! The house in question was a challenge and the lovely people who worked on this home met the challenge and then some. This house has a new lease on like thanks to them. Everybody at Maids has been very pleasant and easy to work with. They are thorough and do a great job cleaning, and even deep cleaned our oven and refrigerator. They are also great with the animals we have in the house (cats & dog). Cannot recommend them highly enough!Services: Office & workplace cleaning

The Maids always come on time and do a great job. The gals are friendly and take my concerns seriously. That way they can clean the areas that I can’t. They are so helpful and go out of their way to do a good job. I highly recommend them.

Could not have been a nicer group of people arriving through my door. The overall cost came in below the estimate, which was nice - I imagine that if you aren't clear about how dirty your home really is than that could be different.Sierra - thank you for the new fresh light coming in through my windows, and getting my coffee table cleaner than it's ever been!Rachel - thank you for the gleaming spice jars and rack, and for tackling a tough stove and oven situation.Anthony - thank you for the floors - I love wandering around and looking into every corner and not needing to avert my eyes!Carrina - you were so kind and thorough and committed to making sure everything came out as it should. First time using them and I was very happy with the service. They were able to deep clean my home in under 2 hours and the place looks great. Very friendly staff, prompt and eager to do the job right. Excited to have them coming on a regular basis!

The good: They are a professionally run organization that most likely follows all aspects of their training. The bad: They over promise on cleaning the floors. The excellent: They came back and cleaned them without charging us an extra fee.

Cleaning type: Moving Out of ApartmentThey arrived on time but I wasn’t ready for them due to my own poor planning but they helped me move some things and did a great job working around things that were still in the process of being packed.They did a very through job and were determined to clean even some very tough stains from years of stove/oven buildup. Most importantly in this case, when the landlord’s representative arrived later in the day to inspect the apartment I was able to clear without issue. So the cleaning was at or above what the landlord required.The cleaning was conducted very efficiently by a team, it was less than two hours if I recall correctly. It would have taken me a whole day ending in exhaustion if I did it myself.Cost wasn’t “cheap” but I feel it was reasonable considering the quality of work and professional service. If I end up getting another apartment in that area I’d definitely hire them periodically to do a more thorough clean than my weekly vacuuming. The apartment was so much nicer after they were done I kind of regretted that I was moving out of it.
