I have two mortgages and 2 other accounts with Webster and they have been incompetent at every opportunity. The escrow department just dropped one of my insurance payments, re-calculated my escrow without it and it took about 10 phone calls and 2 months to get them to fix it and I had to make the insurance payment myself to avoid cancellation. I have a CD that matured, they sent me a notice and I called to put it in a new CD with a better rate. They told me multiple times that they couldn't help me until within 10 days of the mature date, then called me back on a Saturday while I was travelling. I asked them to call me on a business day but they did not. Still trying to fix that. They have a limit of 5K deposits on mobile deposits, and you cannot get the limit raised except for 24 hours and you have to call in and request it and it takes 2-4 days to approve. Took 5 attempts before they actually called me to let me know when I could make the deposit. Took over a month to get my money deposited. What a total failure this bank is. If I didn't have my mortgages there I would never use them again.
