I honestly wish I can give his bank negative stars. These people have been toying with my money, miscounting, depositing and attempting to withdrawal. I do not recommend anyone to this branch. Tellers need to be retrained.

Disappointed with service of Paul at Dixwell Ave, Hamden, Ct branch. Yesterday instead of acting like a banker he acted as a councilor, analyst or parent. He may benefit from supervision OR consequences for his inappropriate remarks with emphasis on expectations ART to his job description. Because of him I must use an inconvenient branch or close accounts.

I can't say enough about my local KeyBank branch and its staff. I hadn't been physically to the branch for several years and was very pleasantly surprised when I visited recently, because I required some information in person. All staff was super-courteous and friendly and the space itself was immaculate. Joshua personally helped me, taking the time to set up the KeyBank app (which I highly recommend, it's very easy to use). Kudos to all from a very satisfied customer!

Totally happy with the services I received. Needed a letter notarized for my daughter & Joshua was a great help. Even typed out the letter for me because I had it hand written (no ink in printer).Thank You Joshua & KeyBank for your great hospitality & superb services.

I came to this location to get a few papers notarized and the black woman (I think her is Crystal Southernland) who notarizes it refused to notarize my passport and criminal background. She almost did not notarize my university diploma. I went to another KeyBank and had my passport and criminal background notarized with no problem. This woman was an a$$. She appeared to be nice but inside she didn't want to help and do her job.

As much as I love the people who work at this branch, this bank just really sucks. Hours fluctuate without concern for people's needs (I.e. closing early on the days preceding holidays without notation of any form), online banking doesn't work more than half the time, atms often don't work (and there is no longer a walk-in atm), and the penalties are absolutely ridiculous ($5 for inactivity on a card each month and $35 each overdraft, even when overdrafts are opted out and automatic payments are allowed through anyway). I've contemplated leaving many times, but this just broke the camel's back. I'm sorry to say I can't recommend this bank to anyone.

Love the bank. I opened one quick and easy. I have the Hassel free checking account and there's. No monthly fees. It's perfect I honestly can't complain. The guy Nathaniel was friendly and extremely helpful! Thanks guys!

I'm not one to review a bank, but when on Yelp....had a positive experience, so felt it was worth the review. Stopped in recently on a weekday afternoon while in the area. It appeared that they either had some sort of leak or renovations are being done as the ceiling tiles were mostly removed and I believe the floors also had some work happening to them. When I walked in, there were two tellers behind the counter, both were ironically serving elderly customers. I could tell by what I saw and heard that it might be a few minutes for each of them to complete their transactions, but I was in no rush so I just hung back behind the rope and played on my phone while I waited. At one point, one of the tellers said over the counter to me "we'll be right with you," which I appreciated. Nothing worse then not being acknowledged especially while waiting for something you can't control. True customer service skills are rare nowadays, but go a long way. The teller who acknowledged me was the one whose line I ended up in and she was super pleasant and addressed me by name after entering my information into the computer. I had a couple of checks to deposit (one of which was an overage check from my mortgage). She kindly asked more details about my mortgage and whether or not I had considered adjusting the terms (length, interest rate) and offered to had the regional mortgage broker contact me to discuss further. I took her up on the offer and asked her to have them contact me directly. If I can save some time and money to pay off my home, why not? I appreciated her taking the time to make the suggestion and her bright affect left a positive impression on me.
