This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dentist. I went in for a toothache. They are not my regular dentist and they said they do emergencies. Upon arrival they proceeded to give me x-rays which I didn't need since I have a regular dentist, then they said the dental hygenist needed to do a cleaning and then they would discus a treatment plan. I did not need any of that. They then proceeded to tell me all that needed to be done but I was only there for one issue. Finally the hygenist listened when she saw I was in pain and got the dentist, Dr. Edward Mirzoian and then comes the worst part. He did not even say hi or introduce himself. He was cold as ice and proceeded to tell me all the things that I needed to be done which I didn't ask for. I felt like this was a scam to get more money out of me. Finally he says to fix the issue I came in for would be either antibiotics or a tooth extraction. Because I was in pain I opted for the extraction. He didn't speak except to say that if I feel pulling there is nothing he can do. Then comes the extraction, at one point when he was pulling hard I was stressed and started to cry. He did not stop to ask if I was ok nor did he seem to care and just continued nor did the dental hygenist. When he was done he simply walked out of the room leaving me quite shaken from this experience. I was humiliated and mortified because of how much I had cried. There was no bed side manner from this place at all. I suggest never EVER going to this place. It is a scam to charge you for things you don't need.

I would never come here again and they deserve zero stars. Front desk women are extremely polite. Also the billing lady is very sweet but the Doctor is the devil himself he is very rude. I was here two weeks ago was told that I needed some work done and that I would be able to go back to work same day. Today after reading their list of “risk” I was concerned so I asked questions. Was told by TWO of his staff that it is best to stay put for 24/48 hrs which wouldn’t have been a problem if I was told that two weeks ago (that way I could take time off work) after expressing my concerns he attempted to yell at me , he was very hostile with his tone of voice he stormed off like a toddler and said he was not going to reschedule me. They are extremely over-priced and knowing that I still was willing to go through with my procedure but I don’t tolerate disrespect and I would highly recommend that no one trust this man with their mouths.

It was the most horrific experience ever!!!!!They reel you in only to misinform you about everything it’s all a marketing ploy. They’ll give you a code with a coupon not telling you that’s it’s a cost almost 200 dollars for dental insurance only to find out it’s not insurance after paying the fee. I also was told that an inquiry for a credit loan was a soft inquiry that is incorrect it was a hard inquiry.Lastly,They charged my card & I never received any work done.Exactly one week in advance.I decided to call management in NY and asked was thisNormal protocol to charge a patient before the work is done and they stated yes it all depends on the office where you go.I will not recommend this particular office to anyone.

Summary: scummy business practices, aged equipment, lax hygieneAppointment was scheduled for a specific time, but I had to wait 55 minutes in the waiting area to see a hygienist. Why schedule me for a specific time if Aspen Dental is not going to honor the scheduling?Another huge red flag - Aspen Dental overcharged (by almost double the amount) and did not mention anything to me for over 2 months. I only found out when I contacted my insurance agent, who was perplexed at why I was asked to pay so much by Aspen Dental. When I went to the front desk to ask about the overcharge, they said that they knew and that it will be used as "credit" for "future treatments" at Aspen Dental. Not even a half-hearted sorry was given. This is a morally questionable practice - how do they know if I will ever return here for another treatment (spoiler: I will never come back here)? The actual facility itself is also awful. See attached pictures. The equipment I saw were all very old and basic models. Dentists in developed countries typically have much newer and better equipment than at Aspen Dental here, as those Dentists hold themselves to higher standards. The equipment is stained with grime and dust, and crevices under the seats are filthy as well. See pictures. I would guess, based on my few visits here, that the photographed areas (and potentially more) are not regularly cleaned. If visible areas are so neglected from cleaning, I would have to question how clean the rest of the equipment would be.Aspen Dental exhibits questionable business practices, poor communication with patients, uses poor equipment, AND has poor hygienic standards. I cannot think of a single reason why they should have my business.I do not recommend Aspen Dental. Your teeth, wallet, and sanity deserve much better.

I kept coming back to Aspen Dental because they keep telling me they can’t fix my dentures for a year and a half my upper and lower dentures were being fixed almost once a month they’ve been cracking not fitting right. The Dentures cracked three times in the same place the tooth chipped which they replace it fairly quick but they keep blaming on my bite being too hard. Never heard of that they talked me into getting clip on’s dentures and ever since then my dentures rock back-and-forth when I spoke with the owner of Aspen he told me that supposed to be doing that yet when I had my dentures down without clip Ons they were fine never moved ones which I don’t understand the clips supposed to be better yet made it worse. I wish I never spend the extra money and pain to go to and now when I want to get my money back because I am not happpy he said and I quote” you will never get your money back”So if you expect to get money back like the commercial say you probably won’t.

I visited this location few months ago. One of the most terrible places i have ever been to. It feels like a fish market inside. From the x-ray guy to the person who was checking my teeth, all were talking about previous patients and making fun of them. Talking about someones girl when trying to do dental work on you is the most shameful thing. Also after the free check up they make sure to schedule a follow up appointment. If you are not having electronic brush, they will sell you one(which they told is complementary). Be aware of these scam artists.

I wish there was a option to put a negative rating. This place is a rip off and not ethical at all. they charge you for something they did not even disclose it would be billable. I got my deep cleaning done at this place and once done , the hygienist gave me tooth brush, Tooth paste Gel, and mouth wash on my way out without mentioning that there would be a charge associated with it. I got invoice from them now charging me $ 40 each ($ 80 all together) for tooth paste Gel and mouth wash which i thought was given as complementary to everyone after deep cleaning is done. So unethical and mal practice they are performing. They are asking me to pay for it as i have used those products. Just avoid this place at all cost.

I have a horrible fear of the dentist, and I don't go as often as I should. They were all very respectful of this and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Everyone there was really very nice and that helped put me at ease. Also, they took the time to explain what would be done, how much it would cost, and informed me of my payment options. I would definitely recommend this location.

I usually don't write negative reviews, because I understand how negatively they affect businesses. But in this case, I feel a responsibility to share my horrific experience to prevent anybody from ever stepping foot into this office. I recently moved to CT and didn't have a dentist. I was having major toothaches and went to this office because it was closest to my house. They told me that I was going to need 4 root canals and some other fillings and were trying to charge me $7,000 DOLLARS for the work (with insurance - without insurance it would have been $18k). I sobbed to both the dentist and the woman at the front desk, because I didn't have that kind of money but I was in so much pain. I asked if I could stagger them and just treat the ones that were causing me pain, but they told me that I couldn't do that. I wanted to get a second opinion before I dropped $7k on my teeth, so I went to another dental office. The second dentist told me that I only needed 2 root canals, potentially 3 and it would cost me at most $2k. I talked to the insurance lady at the 2nd dentist and they told me that based on what my insurance would cover, the amount that Aspen was trying to charge me didn't make any sense.I have terrible teeth and I have been to many many dentists over the years. Never have I had such a disgusting experience. Patient care should be the priority, but this place only cares about money.

I made it quite clear I wanted to just pull the tooth but when they gave me the estimate it included all kinds of other stuff to the tune of $6500 which is over 3 months worth of income for me. And now I have to wait almost another 2 weeks in pain before the tooth can be pulled. Doctor was supposed to call in Rx for pain and antibiotics and 16 hours later I still don't see it called in

You're the best!! Thank you so much for the excellent dental care you gave me today your professional, expertise, integrity and compassionate concern for me was amazing. Thank you all for being so kind and making this a great experience. " What a great experience. It's not often one goes to the dentist and absolutely nothing is uncomfortable. As a result, a dentist and staff who explained everything clearly, offered useful information and took the time to answer questions is likely to impress patients. Again I felt right at home and love. Thank you all again??️

Husband broke his tooth on the weekend and got an appointment for Monday morning. He was surprised that room where he was examined was not private. Another patient was in the room in another chair. Equipment did not seem up-to-date. Oral surgery is needed and timeframe to perform it is quite a long time from now. Tooth and tongue very uncomfortable.

Everyone was so incredibly nice. From the first person I met to the last person I paid. Very impressed. Could be a little cleaner but I'll be going back for sure! Awesome, awesome people. YAY!!
