Overall, the appointment went OK. I had to get a replacement full set of dentures. I had some confusion with my appointments. I did ask for the upper canines to be a little bit more pointed, and they didn’t do that. I had asked them twice to please make them a little bit more pointed and they made the denture without doing that I paid about 3500 for the dentures.

I’d stay away if you need anything more than a cleaning or basic work done. Ask questions about everything. Because they will take you for a ride.

This was the worst place to pick for a dentist, my husband went in for a broken tooth, they won’t do anything about it. Only thing there willing to do is remove all of his teeth and give him false teeth. Ummmm for one broken tooth? I don’t think so. Definitely do not recommend this place for tooth repair. My opinion don’t waste your time with this place for any type of cosmetic.

Other than the long wait everyone made me feel comfortable I was very nervous I hadn’t been to the dentist in years the receptionist was very nice and helpful Dr Lee was awesome.

Over all good. I was not comfortable with the dental X ray equipment which they put me on my mount then asked me to close which is not comfortable which hit the inner side of my mouth. Otherwise dentist and all staff are very good. They treated well. Between one checkup to other activity. They waiting time was too much. Thank You for your service.

Please very careful with this company (Manchester) Be sure to check with your insurance provider to ensure what they cover! They attempted to double charge me and wanted their money up front (pushy) ! In addition, they lied and said I had gum diseases and attempted to have me pay for a procedure out of pocket. I called my insurance company and had 2 additional opinions from other dentists and I do not have gum disease.

Seemed as x-ray tech was new, took over 25 X-rays, until I was gagging so much I almost threw up. Then taken to a room where someone came over & rattled off a bunch of numbers & then told me to sign a form. NEVER INTRODUCED themselves. (Thought was dentist). Then LEFT FOR OVER 2 HOURS! When asked, told by dentist, “didn’t know you were waiting.” And told to “find another place since you confronted my staff.” If asking if you’ve been forgotten about (which I was) is “”confrontational “ they should get their acts together, act more professional, run more timely & at least TELL THE PERSON they are running late and give the person the opportunity to stay/reschedule. Then refused to give me my x-rays OR not bill my insurance. Horrible experience!

The office visit and subsequent dental visit was flawless. My one complaint is the procedure used to obtain appointment confirmation. I get a text and an e-mail asking me to call without telling me why. The phone number is the corporate one with its AI robotics and its associated nightmare before finally finding out it is for confirmation. Why not have me report to the text or email?
