The store is closed. Possibly permanently. The windows were painted black & there was no posted information of if/when it might open again. Google clearly shows the store being open but it definitely was not. Try calling the store to make sure before driving there for no reason like I did

Horrible experience, Bobby rude had an bad attitude with me ,not idea what he is doing , Jilium nice talking but not put attention what he did and make me loose half of my contacts Eusebia Manager unprofessional personal texting in middle of check my phone , talking over me when I was explaining how I was feeling that this young guys expecting that customer need to be educated about the cellular technology before we talking to them.It's very sad , we pay our bills to Metro PC and they hired this unprofessional guys

The first time I went to that store was late afternoon where I attempted to transfer from boost mobile with my iphone 7plus to metro for the 25 dollar a month promotion they told me it was not possible to transfer with my iPhone 7plus ,and that I would have to buy a new phone ,what they didn't realize was that my brother had completed the transfer with his iPhone 7 at another store after they spoke to him on the phone they reversed it by saying they had made a mistake I let that one go giving them the benefit of the doubt ,3 days ago I go there to inquire about a phone upgrade I showed them my iPhone 7 Plus telling them I wanted a iPhone 11 with a 6.5 inch screen at which time I was told iPhone no longer made 6.5 inch screens ,and that is the reason they only carried iPhones with 6.1 inches ,and if I wanted that upgrade, I declined ,and thru research online saw that also was a lie since iPhone 11 Pro Max does come in a 6.5 inch screen .It seems clear to me that this authorized dealer deals in false information to deceive you into buying what you don't want ,but rather what they have in stock strictly to boost commission I will not go to this dealer again I can only hope that Metro will speak to them,and properly correct their behavior.

Horrible! Phone my phone keeps dropping calls. All my kids and grandkids have metro and I'm the only one with this issue. I can't call out . Tired of buying phones from these people.

Came in early to upgrade phone, hours say they open at 10am. Nobody arrived until 10:30, then they kept the gate down and said they don't actually open until 11. Yet the 10am open time on Google was set by the business.... Waste of a trip since I had to be to work at 11.

The most ghetto-way to answer a phone call. My husband called to ask a question and the call got cut off, we called again two minutes after and we got a “HELLO” with the worst attitude we’ve ever received. I would love to have that woman go through what we did with her attitude. We will never called this place again. Luckily we called a local store in Hartford and the lady was so friendly and polite, the entire opposite to this one from the mall. Once again, never again

If I could give a 0 I would but it isn’t an option. My first experience was great the sales associates were super nice and helpful. I came in a second time today the store manager is super rude and un professional. I think the store owner should evaluate who he hires as higher management closer and give more thorough training on what customer service truly is.
