The PT's are knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging, as well as being really nice people who clearly enjoy their work. I credit my progress to their expertise.The office staff was always pleasant and professional. It was easy to make and reschedule appointments, and they have hours to accommodate anyone's schedule.Excellent care and overall experience, with a shout out to Jamie and Alyssa. You're the best!

My wife went for rehab with David but he was sick with a sore throat and sneezing now my wife got sick and has to go to the walk-in clinic if they don't stay home they should wear a mask when sick we told the assistant manager and seemed to have little care or concern they should be more considerate to others and because of this we will not recommend this facility they really need to do a better job

Access Rehab Centers has the best physical therapists Jacqueline Wolf and Lauren Picard where the best they are caring and very nice I appreciate all the time and patients they have me. A couple of times I had Jamie and Allissa and they where just as good. They all are the best!!! I will miss them alot.

Lauren is my physical therapist. She always goes above and beyond her call of duty. She is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. If you want help she will help you. Great listener and just a great person in general. She’s a very empathetic person and wonderful physical therapist. Thanks Lauren!

No HIPPA, no privacy. Took my child here a while back. Everyones in one open room hearing each others info. I asked to go inside the only private room/kids room that has a curtain. The middle-age white lady with the dark hair who walks around with the white coat stood outside the curtain eavesdropping when I asked them for a little privacy. Unprofessional and unbelievable.

Access Rehab Center in Middlebury Ct. have the most accommodating staff. The therapists work brilliantly with their patients and listen to the needs of their patients. My therapist, Mauria is amazing at what she does! Thank you Access Rehab for giving me a much better and pain free future!

Every person I've worked with has been excellent.But if you have a choice, pick Lauren she is extremely competent and very empathetic.This is not meant to denigrate the rest of the outstanding staff.

The guy I had was very rude and condescending. Sarcastic and seemed annoyed when I asked genuine questions.Cut me off multiple times during eval. After awhile I stopped asking questions and just kept nodding my head in agreement just to get the heck out of there.Not sure if I had him on a bad day or what, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't be back.

I had a chronic injury for about a year, and Christina was able to dramatically reduce the pain I was experiencing. She's extremely knowledgeable and kind, I'm lucky that I became one of her patients.
