Steve is a fantastic trainer, absolutely one of the best. With his extensive knowledge of personal training combined with his expertise in martial arts and boxing, he designed a hybrid training program designed especially to meet my needs. I have several chronic injuries that he works around while still allowing me to train hard and get into shape. His dedication and experience is helping me reach my goals. Steve is the BEST!!

I started working with Will after many years of little to no weight training. He developed a gradual approach for me, incorporating stretching and focusing on the key muscles to improve some specific issues I was having. He is incredibly knowledgeable and applies that knowledge in a creative, safe, yet challenging program that has helped me start down a path of total body fitness that I was looking for. I would recommend Will to anyone!

Will has been my personal trainer for almost 9 months now and I've got to say he is the best. Will takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs. He works with you and puts in the time and effort to hit every goal you have. He's opened my eyes to goals I never even knew I wanted. When I first started my weight loss journey I was lost, very uncomfortable in my body and with myself, and felt generally hopeless. Over time with Will's help he's opened my eyes to confidence, body positivity, and has helped me lose nearly fifty pounds. My over all goal is 100pounds and by this time next year I know I'll be there. I can honestly say that without Will's help and support I wouldn't be where I am. He doesn't just help you with your fitness, he helps you with the mindset you need to get there as well. Great guy honestly 10 out of 10!

Will has been a great personal trainer for my wife and I. Â He's given us personalized workouts specifically for our needs / goals, and tailored everything so we can do these exercises in our home gym. Â Results come quick! Â Also, he's been helping fix my shoulder impingement — I've felt better mobility in the 1st week, than the 2 previous months with my chiro. Â We highly recommend Will.

I've known Will for years, and he's always been a pretty fit guy. He finally convinced me to enroll in his personal training business. After just a couple of sessions I was able to feel the difference. Unfortunately, as a new father I could only afford a couple of sessions. Thankfully, I was able to keep losing weight just by following his blog. Will spills a ton of easy to use information on his blog, and it was pretty darn helpful. If only his sessions were a little cheaper.

So happy that New Fairfield has a great and affordable personal training option at Prime Time Fitness. I have been training with Will for a few months now and definitely see results in my body, mind, and physical capabilities. Will is a great personal trainer. He is super knowledgeable when it comes to working out but also extremely helpful with nutrition and the every day aches and pains (he has a stretch to help everything). I always get my butt kicked and have a great time doing it. Will can always motivate you to beat your personal records and set difficult but attainable personal goals. His style of personal training is very motivating and enjoyable even for someone who dreads going to the gym. New Fairfield is lucky to have such a great personal trainer that is both well educated and personable. Definitely recommend checking out Will Power Fitness!!
