CarHavn has been great to work with. I have bought three cars in my life and this was the easiest and smoothest process thus far. The owner is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. He is straight to the point, doesn’t haggle, and has very fair prices.When there was a registration issues he gave me dealer plates so I could start driving the car sooner and when there was minor tire issue he paid for the repair without a hitch.I look forward to my new preowned car and a long relationship with a great mechanic.

I got a beautiful car dor a beautiful price.... And the service was amazing Andrew was vary nice and knowledgeable and even insured that all the work is done in house and hold great standards as far as what cars they put on there lot and I definitely haven't seen heard or think there is another dealer out there like him.... I highly recommend Andrew at carhavn... And I will definitely be returning to purchase a car for my wife...????????#☝? in CT..??

I bought my Audi A4 from Car Havn, and I'm thrilled with it. The car runs perfectly, and Car Havn's specialized service for German cars. I recently had a transmission fluid change, and the car feels brand new. I highly recommend Car Haven for both car purchases and services. They are experts in German cars, and their customer service is excellent.

Very kind and helpful people!! My car was nothing but issues when I bought it from another dealer…. after constant fixing and re fixing, we finally found carhaven which was the first place that ACTUALLY took the time to diagnose and fix my car thoroughly and properly (they were really quick too). I will continue to bring my vehicles to carhaven in the future due to their diligence and expertise, I’m very satisfied with the experience there and I highly recommend them! The significant issues with my car were swiftly identified and resolved. It now runs beautifully. I have already scheduled another appointment with him to address two other longstanding issues I had intended to repair. I am confident that my car is in capable hands, and I trust him to handle any future repairs.

Absolute NIGHTMARE of a place to do business with. First of all, cars have been a hobby of mine for years and I am mechanically inclined. I purchased a daily driver from this place as my project car is no longer feasible to drive as a daily driver. I did buy an 18yo BMW with 100k miles so I obviously expect things to go wrong over time. However, after been assured this car had been looked through and “runs and drives perfectly” i found out 20 min into my drive home that was NOT the case. The check engine light came on and the car shook violently when hitting the brakes at 60mph. I called Carhavn immediately and was told to bring the car back as soon as i could. They fixed the CEL but then told me theyd give me a quote for the control arm bushings… after going back and forth about how i was not paying full price since i had drove the car less than 10miles, I was told they would “split the cost 50/50” with me and it would cost me $250 plus tax to do the job (500$ value for the job). At this point I knew games were being played. I was able to find bushings for 40$ new and could easily do the job myself in about 45 min, so how is this a 500$ job? Out of principal i wanted this place to do what was right and fix it themselves. I drove back up to Carhavn to be told by Ramiro (tech) that the bushings were $170. Take a look online… NOWHERE are bushings being sold for that price. After arguing back and forth we agreed that if i bought the parts, he would do the labor. I drove the car back and got that done and at this point you could say trust was gone on my part and they were sick of having to deal with me and this car. They never wanted to do what was right. After driving the car home from this I was now leaking coolant and had a misfire in cylinder 1… hmm, ironic after our back and forths. At this point im done with these people. I did the repair myself and fixed the misfire with a new coil and plug and the leak with new hoses. I sold cars for years and when a client had issues immediately after driving off the lot, we took care of them as any dealer should. Dont expect this place to do that. Expect to receive criminal pricing, lies, and dont expect them to help you in any way without pay. How these people do business is an F-ing joke and I hope this review saves people from buying a car from them. Handing them thousands of dollars, only for them to ask you for more money. Stay far far away.

I brought my 2016 BMW M235i to them for the 50,000 mile service interval and they did an amazing job with everything. As soon as I called them, they knew exactly the specs of my car, what is typically recommended at this mileage interval, and took care of everything.Thoroughly impressed and would recommend them to anyone that has a nice BMW that needs service done.

Ramiro and his staff are simply the best. Both in mechanical aptitude and customer service. They go above and beyond and more importantly, follow up with service provided making sure the work performed was satisfactory. I can’t say enough good things about CARHAVN.Unlike other experience’s I’ve had in the past with repair shops, they fix the problem and not 3 other things that you didn’t need in the first place. I can only hope that if you choose CARHAVN in the future, you’re met with the same level of integrity and service I’ve been provided. I’m confident you will not be disappointed with Ramiro and his staff.About me: Purchased used Mini Cooper as daughters first vehicle. 12 year old vehicle. Zero issues with the vehicle related to something we didn’t cause. Solid Mini 12 years old. Buy with confidence.About 8 months after purchasing vehicle, heavy rain and flooding caused an electrical issue. Paid well under cost for parts thanks to Ramiro. Installed, repaired, programmed in under 30 minutes. Service fee well below everyone and hundreds below dealer. Excellent service.Thought we needed brake pads/rotors. Not only did they inspect them, no charge but Ramiro himself test drove the vehicle. Could’ve sold me brakes but like I said earlier, they service what’s needed and not what they want to service to make extra money.In closing, if I’m going to leave a review I’m going to wait and gain real experiences before I do. It’s been about a year now. We’re beyond the honeymoon stages. I’m still getting the same quality of service and customer relations as I did on day one. If you’re in the market for a Mini or BMW visit CARHAVN. If you already own one and need repairs done to either, visit CARHAVN. You will not be disappointed.

I was frantically looking for a car for my son, and originally relied on Facebook marketplace. What a nightmare! Ramiro, from the minute I talked with him I knew I could trust him. He was honest open and knew what I was looking for. I picked up a Hyundai Sonata, and it is the absolute perfect car for him. After picking it up from Carbon even though I signed the agreement as is, we were having trouble with the passenger side window, and Ramiero agreed to take a look at it for free. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the window. It was just a bit quirky, but his kindness, customer service, and honesty I truly appreciate! Pls go to Carhvn! You won’t regret it!

CarHavn changed my turbo charger on my 2013 Audi A6 for me and I am genuinely happy with the experience, efficiency and communication during the process of the repair. Ramiro was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. He even made sure to keep me updated with the process with the claim filed through my extended warranty. I would recommend CarHavn to everyone.

We bought a really great Mini from these guys a while ago. Never had an issue with it. Unfortunately that car totaled and we made the mistake of buying a used BMW from someone else that turned out to be a mess. Car Havn has been fixing it ever since. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been amazing. Super professional, very friendly, transparent, and easy to communicate with about the work being done. We’ve had zero issues with any of the work they’ve done on the car (it’s a lot). We’re super grateful we are able to rely on them!
