The waitstaff were very attentive and helpful. The menu had a little of everything (tapas) with a Latino flair (shrimp and plantains were delicious). The staggered The dishes for us as the window side table was too small to fit all the food. All in all it was a nice dinner. A little pricey but what restaurant isn't these days.

I use to come to Pacifico regularly before they turned into a club in the evenings. I was at the bar enjoying food and cocktails...and a staff member took our seats at the bar and told us the establishment was turning into a club.About a dozen customers, asked for their bills and left, which makes no sense to me from a business standpoint. If you have regular patrons who enjoy your food....you would think you would want them to return versus getting a quick buck from the rowdy crowd that populates the venue and most likely don't tip better than those who are dining. At least allow those at the bar to finish their drinks and meal, maybe provide a warning before abruptly disrupting customers.Additionally, our bartender was amazing, but the other guy making drinks for tables was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I hate that I have to leave this review, because I enjoy your food, but your level of service is awful and will never return.

My father took me out to Pacifica to eat. the atmosphere made me feel like a million dollars, and the food was so good. the plate is bigger and more filling than you think. The mohijto(dragonfruit) is SO good. You can't taste too much of the whiskey, though. Our waiter and waitress was so polite and professional as well. My father, now a truck driver, has been a former professional cook. he said the food wasn't that bad! (he had steak, and he is so pickey about his steak, lol) My father has been to alot of places and he likes the margaritas here. he's been to Mexico to taste authentic margaritas so he knows his stuff. this place is a good dinner date place! its very expensive though, but the food and atmosphere is good. our bull was over $360 with one persons dessert. well spent money though!

Great vibe! Food is definitely on par. Service unfortunately is on a ‘need improvement' especially the waitress that just serves water. Her whole body language and the way her conversation was with the table definitely read: Why the hell am I here. I don't work here. I understand that there are day(s) where one doesn't have it in them to work. But the vibe was pouring to us guest at the restaurant and totally nearly killed the vibe of having dinner here for a birthday celebration. But going back to food (AH MAZ ING) and environment which was really cool. Maybe I'll be back for brunch. We'll see.

Comfortable atmosphere and pleasant hostess. The food taste very delicious. The restaurant atmosphere was professional and the group didn't feel rushed but felt well taken care of. Definitely will go there again.

My only complaint was that our dinners arrived when we were halfway through our salads. We had asked to have the salads before dinner, and felt rushed to finish them before enjoying our main courses. Otherwise, a very good (and filling) meal, well prepared and beautifully presented.

We were a little late due a jam in the parking garage. I called the restaurant and they said our table would be waiting, and it was! We dined upstairs. The service was a bit slow, but very friendly. Nice calm atmosphere. Easy to have a conversation without having to shout. The food was delicious with generous portions. They had many different and unique options. We also enjoyed dessert with a firework and a happy birthday song as it was my husband's birthday. Would recommend.

The food is delicious. There are combinations I've not seen before, which were wonderful. Just be mindful that the entrees do not come with sides (like rice) and that you will have to ask for them a la carte.

Top notch. This restaurant is a true neighborhood gem. We had New Year’s Eve dinner at this restaurant and our experience was extraordinary from beginning to end. Every dish was superb, starting with the crispy oysters over mofongo and the tuna ceviche. Our second course was the Chilean sea bass served over risotto with a green tomato sauce, and for dessert we ordered the chocolate filled churros and the warm chocolate cake with blackberry sorbet. They have a variety of specialty cocktails showcasing fresh ingredients and wonderful tropical flavors, such as their mojitos and margaritas. Ambiance is warm and colorful, a nice open space with a full bar and open kitchen, very lively and lovely. They also have salsa night on Fridays and Saturdays, run to this place, you won’t be disappointed.

The food is wonderful with delicious flavors and choices you do not get at other places. The service tonight, however, was terrible. After requesting a wine list, we waited a good 15 minutes before we were able to catch the waitress's eye to order a bottle. We were subsequently told that the (white) wine wasn't cold and we would have to wait for them to chill it. Waitress did not write down orders. One of us didn't get the meal they ordered and had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook it while the others at the table ate their dinners before they got cold. It wasn't that the staff was busy - we were the only party in the restaurant the entire time we were there. Would still recommend due to the food, but service doesn't match the quality of the food.
