I'm sitting here reading these reviews and I'm just stunned. I walked into that beautiful up kept record shop and I was astonished. My step son came with me the second visit and litterly told 3 different family members that it was greatest store they've ever been to. I will forever support mom & pop stores over anything online weither they save me $10-$2. The experience of bringing back picking out cassettes, vinyls, and DVDs is priceless. Thank you for giving an amazing experience to this new generation of youngsters!!!

Plenty of parking nearby in pay and display lot. Business is conducted in a decently old building with great external character. Nice to see historical places being put to good use and being preserved by operation. Keep going guys.

Doesn’t call back. Doesn’t respond to emails. Records are routinely left in shipping boxes on release day. Store is VERY disorganized and employees do not have any clue about stock. All items are overpriced. Would happily pay the few extra dollars for an ounce of customer service.

One of my weekly stops for out of print records and cds. Owner is super nice. One of the only reasons to visit downtown New london.

This place has the perfect vibe for a record store. They have so many different genres and I can almost guarantee you're going to find an album you love here. They have a ton of used rock but they also have a ton of new vinyl of every genre with a pretty sizable hip hop and rap section too which I don't see in a lot of record stores. One of my favorite parts of the store is their support of local music. They've even pressed vinyl for local musician and they sell it there. They also have CDs, Cassette, and 45s which is always appreciated.

Small business prices, have to be honest. That said, couldnt be more happy with each visit. Extra couple dollars to keep them local is worth it.. Responsible and community driven with an exciting variety.

Great place, they have a good selection of new and used vinyl. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I found a Guided By Voices live album that I didn’t know existed and a used Johnny Winter album in excellent condition and very affordable. This will be my go to album shop.

Spent 4th of July weekend in the Narragansett/Newport area, but was unsuccessful at two other record stores that I visited so made one more attempt on the way home. Had a really good selection of things, both new and used, current and classic artists, across all genres, including the punk that I'm searching for. There were a few things I considered picking up, but nothing on my list and ended up leaving empty handed since I have some other record store shopping trips coming up and wanted extra budget. The did offer to special order things for me which is always a nice touch, but unhelpful since I was merely passing through.

Fantastic shop...great place for new vinyl (and used). Owner is great. He is a jazz fan...and apprecites his customers. Definitely worth a trip to New London!!

Incredible selection and wide variety! Rich has a deep trove of knowledge and impeccable taste. It's easy to spend a lot of time and money in there, and you'd be in great company.

Very cool store with a huge collection. Clean too and doing the proper protections re covid. Definitely go! Fun to look through memories! Even better if you have a record player...
