Just left Quest DIAG in Newtown. The techs that work there are without a doubt the nicest I ever had to work worth. They were patient with me and made sure everything was taken care of.

The experience at the Newtown Main Street was great. However, I wish I had better experience in October 2023 with other QUEST employees at other centers.
I needed the specimen vials for the 24hrs cortisol levels, I called the Trumbull Technology Drive location numerous times- no answer, I later stopped in at the location, the lady, looked no specimen vial available, she did call another center Silver Lane Trumbull, they said I can pick up the specimen vials the next morning.
I went to the Silver Lane location for the vials within the opened hours, I was there at 11:45, to my suprise, the door is locked. I tried calling the Trumbull Technology Drive location to confirm that I can still get the vials-no answer. Well, a gentleman was leaving after his appointed and I took the opportunity to go in. To my shock, three person in the waiting room said to me, "They we told by the lady working, I have locked the door dont let anyone in." You can imaging my frustration as here I am trying to get specimen vials, driving from location to another and now this.
A disappointing reflection of service from Quest.

Very happy with the phlebotomist, Denise Rodriguez. But Quest the company SUCKS! Website continued to be completely dysfunctional, Quest OUTRAGEOUSLY refuses to stop sending me invoice related correspondence. And the Director of Patient Services, Jeremy Stein is, lazy, indifferent and incompetent and should be FIRED! He hasn't fixed anything in two years of speaking with him. A total waste of time! He could care less.

Everyone there is SO NICE! I made an appointment to have my blood done for my annual physical. They took me right on time, greeted me with a smile, and made me feel at east. I was in and out in about 3 minutes. FABULOUS STAFF!

I went to Quest in Newtown CT and Denise drew my blood. She was wonderful. Very friendly, no pain, no bruising. I would 10/10 recommend Denise!!

I have been to a few other Quests, but this one is by far the best. Denise was so polite and friendly. It was the least painful blood draw I've ever had. Will definitely be coming back to this location.Thanks Denise!
